This modernly furnished semi-detached house offers approximately 60 m² of living space for 2-4 people (non-smokers only) and is ideal for a relaxing holiday. A washing machine and dryer are available in the shared laundry room (for a fee). Layout: Ground floor: Entrance hall with stairs to the upper floor, kitchen, shower room/WC, living/dining room with flat-screen TV, DVD player, and access to the sunny south-facing terrace. Upper floor: Bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), a small workspace, and stunning panoramic views of the sea and the Hallig islands; bedroom with two single beds and a large built-in wardrobe.
