Beautifully remodeled Cannon Beach beach house just steps from the water! This stunning two-story home has over 3,100 square feet of comfortable, spacious living! With two bedrooms upstairs and two down, there is also a wonderful "Media Room" where families can gather with popcorn and movies on the big screen! There is a huge Rec Room area, complete with ping pong table, scooters for the kids, and games aplenty! No detail has been overlooked! Upstairs is a wonderful open vaulted living room area with brick fireplace on one end and a balcony overlooking the ocean on the other! The gourmet kitchen has newly installed appliances and refrigerator, fully equipped with pots and pans and several sets of dishes! There is an exceptionally large granite island with six bar stools. Have an informal dinner at the kitchen island or move to the dining room table that perfectly captures the pristine ocean and sunset views! And enjoy pre or post dinner cocktails from the very exclusive "Crow's Nest!!!" The ONLY house in the vicinity to have such a special feature... climb the spiral staircase and relax... while viewing the amazing sunsets, ocean waves and majestic mountains.
Only steps to the beach (76 to be exact!) and a ten minute walk to Haystack Rock and the downtown area, this is a lovely quiet neighborhood to enjoy all that Cannon Beach has to offer! A short three minute walk away offers a charming coffee shop and pizza place, and the newly opened Fresh Market, where you can stock up on groceries!
There are two designated parking spaces as well as a lovely backyard patio.

Excellent experience

Lana was fantastic and made our stay feel special. The house accommodated our kids and theirs to celebrate our50th anniversary. Our walks on the beach, at Ecola and Oswald west state parks were memorable made perfect by a great house and an excellent host.
