Situated on beautiful, shared grounds near Holsworthy, 6.5 miles from Bude, the impressive six-bedroom retreat also enjoys its own enclosed garden and private hot tub. Sleeping up to 12 guests, and welcoming dogs, it makes a great choice for anyone seeking space for an extended family celebration or group break with friends.
Head inside to discover a reverse-level layout to maximise the views. The chic, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is on the first floor, where it features swathes of glass and doors to a generous balcony. There is a sleek kitchen area, where you can whip up hearty feasts, and ample space to dine and relax together in front of the Smart TV. Step outside with a cold drink on balmy evenings to absorb the scenery. Two super-king zip & link bedrooms and a family bathroom complete the first floor. Follow the wood and glass staircase down to the lower level at the end of each day away. Here, there are four bedrooms. These include three super-kings, two with en-suite shower rooms plus one twin room. A gorgeous family bathroom is also here, with a freestanding bath and cutting-edge shower. A utility room and a separate WC are also at this level. Spill out into the garden to bubble in the hot tub and cook out on the BBQ. Take the children to have fun fishing or paddleboarding at the lovely lake. There is parking for three cars.
Holsworthy golf course is within half a mile and is run and owned by the owners of Weekstone Lakes Estates. A complimentary round of golf is available to guests plus discount off Food and Drink in the restaurant. Free transport can also be arranged to and from the golf course by arrangement.
Venture 7.5 miles to the beautiful beach at Summerleaze, where you can dip in the sea or saltwater pool. Pick up the South West Coast Path here for an invigorating walk.
