Decorated with distinct farmhouse styling, the property boasts solid oak furniture, authentic beams and feature stone walls throughout. Communal living spaces sit beside a king-size bedroom and a handy ground-floor shower room downstairs. The lounge/diner is a light-filled area for mealtimes and relaxing with patio doors leading on into the garden. The same garden can also be reached from the master bedroom on the first floor, an attractive king-size leading out via French doors and down onto a balcony with external stairs. An additional king-size bedroom and a final twin complete the first-floor offering, along with a contemporary shower room serving all three upstairs bedrooms.

Your nearest beach can be found at Crackington Haven, just 5 miles away. This quiet little bay is made up of delectable sand and shingle shores with rockpools teeming with life, a great place for surf, sea and lounging on the sand. Bude also presents pretty beaches that everyone will love, alongside its unique Sea Pool which offers a safe place for outdoor swimming. Discover further unforgettable activity days at Cornwall’s Monster Slip and Slide on the outskirts of town (7.5 miles) and The Milky Way Adventure Park across the border into Devon (25.5 miles).
