The Space:

Located just 2km from the stunning shores of Triopetra Beach, Villa Nikos is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom private villa with panoramic sea and mountain views, perfect for a tranquil escape in southern Crete.



Set in the unspoiled Fournou Lago area, the villa offers a mix of traditional Cretan design with modern amenities and luxury finishes. Enjoy sea-facing terraces, a private pool, and proximity to one of Greece’s most unique coastlines — the iconic Triopetra Rocks.



The villa spans two floors:



Main Level: Spacious living room with fireplace and satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, espresso machine, and dishwasher), dining area for 8, WC, and access to the garden and pool.



Top Floor: One queen master bedroom with private balcony + pergola, and one twin bedroom (convertible to a double). Also features a shared bathroom with tub and washing machine.



Outdoors, guests can relax by the freshwater pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, dine al fresco with BBQ facilities, or stroll the peaceful garden area.



The villa is part of the Triopetra Villas – Fournou Lago Complex, featuring just two villas (Nikos & Stefania), each with private entrance, parking, and full privacy.



Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the entire villa, pool, garden, and outdoor amenities. Free private parking on-site. Entry via key lockbox or arranged check-in.



The Neighborhood:

Villa Nikos is in Fournou Lago, above the beach town of Triopetra on Crete’s untouched southern coast. Known for dramatic landscapes and the famous “Triopetra Rocks,” the area is peaceful yet within walking distance of tavernas and mini-markets. Rethymno is 50km north.



Getting Around:

A rental car is highly recommended. Free private parking is provided. Explore nearby towns like Spili, Mires market, or attractions like Matala Caves and Phaistos ruins.
