This 3-bedroom villa (sleeps 2–6) is arranged across two buildings. The main villa has a ground-floor open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area with a Smart TV and terrace access. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, wine cooler, microwave, oven, hob, and Nespresso machine, along with a laundry room and WC. Upstairs, the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and opens onto a large balcony.

The single-storey annexe, located just 3 metres from the main villa, offers a double bedroom (180cm bed) with an en-suite shower room and WC, plus a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm beds, convertible to a double). Both bedrooms open onto the terrace, and there is an additional shower room with WC.
