Superb vacation at

Villa Nisi has been an excellent choice for our group. Stanning view over the southern Ionian islands, perfect privacy, close to the small but very nice port of Sivota. Barbara, the host, was excellent too and supported us for various needs and services. We’re really satisfied!!

Villa Nisi Stay

You will not be disappointed with your stay at this Villa . Great views close to all restaurants but not close enough to be heard or seen. Perched on a hillside overlooking the sea are these very private high end Thalassa villas.

FABULOUS VILLA

This is a gorgeous villa with the most stunning views. It was spacious light filled and very clean with a high standard of fittings and furniture. The beds were very comfortable. All equipment is of a high standard and there is plenty of dishes, cutlery etc. The road to reach the villa is mostly single file with passing places so you do need to be careful, but so worth it to reach such a beautiful location. The highlight for us was the wonderful infinity pool overlooking the Ionian Sea and the spacious terrace. We spent most of our holiday here just relaxing, reading, swimming and watching the many boats sail in the sea below. Pure bliss. All the staff at Thalassa villas have been amazing, helpful and so friendly. We thoroughly recommend this villa and would love to return.

Villa Nisi

Perfect for a family holiday. Views are spectacular from inside and out! Great space. Kitchen very well organized and easy to cook in. The area is very quiet and peaceful, ideal for those who want respite from city life!

Nice villa with a absolute stunning view!

We stayed in this villa for the 5th time and we can get enough of the view, definitely a villa we recommend to everyone. Be aware the road to the villa is a gravel road and a 4x4 or car high on the wheels is recommended.

Large comfortable villa with a stunning view

We stayed in villa Nisi for the fourth year, had a great stay enjoying the really stunning view, close to Sivota bay with lots of activity, restaurants and small shops. So we highly recommend this villa and already booked for next year😀. For people never stayed in the villa, the last part of the road to get there is uncomfortable and tough for the car.

Villa Nisi Beautiful view in Lefkada

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Nisi it is a great location. The view and terrace over looking the Sea was beautiful. The 3 bedrooms are neat and clean with en suites and 2 had lovely views. The kitchen was well equipped for in house dinners out on the deck. It suited our group of six with space inside and out. It was great to have our own pool and a 15mins walk to a beautiful cove beach.

Magnificent view and beautiful villa

We enjoyed our stay in villa Nisi a lot! The house has much space, big windows offer beautiful views of the sea und the islands. The kitchen is very well equipped. But for us the best was the pool area where we spent the most part of the day - there is enough shadow so you really can spend the whole day there. We hope to come again some day and would definitely recommend the villa for families and friends groups up to 8 people.

Wonderfull

A splendid stay. Barbara welcomed us with sympathy, immediately putting us at ease and was always available for every request. Thank you with all my heart. The villa as described in an exceptional location, with all the comforts one could wish for. We didn't want to leave Lefkada and Sivota anymore. The only thing to keep in mind is the access road which in the last km is devoid of asphalt and you have to pay attention to the crushed stone present.

Fantastic Villa perfect for a family holiday

Cannot recommend highly enoigh. The villa itself is perfect. Comfortable and with all you need for a great family holiday. The location is stunning and the views make the bumpy road well worth it. But what took our holiday to the next level was all the help and advice from Barbara. She introduced us to a little cove where we could swim before breakfast as the first rays hit the water and then back up the hill for breakfast. She told us about wonderful wild beaches less explored just 30 mins away. For a special occasion she hand delivered fresh fish. The holiday couldnt have gone better. The villa delivered a beautiful setting and Barbara added the colour. Thank you all !!!

Villa Nisi Sivota

We adore Sivota. The people are so welcoming. The harbour with shops and restaurant/ bars is so relaxing and enjoyable. The villa was perfect, amazing views with the one exception that eating outdoors before nightfall was impossible due to hundreds wasps. Barbara was attentive and excellent as ever ( this is our 3rd time with Villas Thalassa 1st time in Nisi) Ax we have done before we rented a boat for a day to travel around the islands which was fantastic. I would say though we don't mind driving the road/track that it was bad enough this time that we worried we woudn't get our deposit back on the rental cars so wander if attention will need to be given to the road. The whole process booking arriving and leaving was stress free. We would certainly recommend Villa Nisi and Villas Thalassa

Really nice villa at a quiet location with a stunning view

We have been staying in villa Nisi for the second time and we really enjoyed the stay. The villa is very spacious, is luxury and has a very nice swimming pool. Also the internet connection has been improved since our previous stay and worked quite well. So if you are looking for a spacious villa with a great view, we definitely can recommend villa Nisi. The villa has a wonderful view, is well equipped and well maintained. It is conveniently located and not too hard to reach. The short, unpaved portion of the road is manageable. The town is very nice. The supermarkets carry delicious local produce. The office staff and Barbara, local representative, were super helpful and accommodating. A repeat worthy experience. We will certainly be back.
