– The residence is rented exclusively to guests, ensuring privacy throughout the stay. All areas of the accommodation and the swimming pool are intended solely for guests’ use.
– Please note that a relative of the owner resides on the lower level of the building. Access to his residence may require passing through the outdoor areas; however, he does not use the swimming pool or any of the guests’ living areas.
– For a pleasant stay and out of respect for the neighborhood, we kindly ask guests to keep noise levels to a minimum during quiet hours from 23:00 to 07:00. Thank you for your understanding.
