Private garage with parking for 2 to 3 cars. This floor also includes a shower bathroom, ideal after a day exploring the island.

Second Floor – Main Living Area
This is the heart of the house, featuring a spacious living room with dining area, perfect for social moments. The kitchen is large, modern, and fully equipped for home cooking. From this floor, you have direct access to a lovely garden patio and a barbecue area, ideal for outdoor meals. There is also a terrace with open views over Funchal, perfect for relaxing at sunset or enjoying special occasions. The living room includes a sofa bed that can accommodate up to two guests, adding flexibility for extra visitors.
