Funchal city is easily accessible for exploring cultural, adventure, and nature activities during your stay on Madeira Island.

GETTING AROUND
The best way to reach the property is by transfer—ask us to book with our local partners for a better rate than airport taxis. If you rent a car, any navigation app will easily find the address.

We are always available to help or answer questions and strive to respond to all requests. Guests also have access to an app with important property and local information.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- All guests must present valid ID (passport or identity card) as required by Portuguese law.
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If not scheduled within 48 hours before arrival, check-in will be subject to team availability.
- Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request. The property is equipped with a first aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket.

ATTENTION
A Municipal Tourist Ecotax of €2 per person/night (aged 13 or over), up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14 per person), will be charged. A payment link will be sent before arrival.
No pets allowed. Please do not feed wild or domestic animals.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
