From this level, you have direct access to the terrace, extending your living space outdoors. The kitchen, measuring 8 m2, is positioned on the ground floor and offers a fully equipped cooking environment. On the upper floor, you will find 3 double bedrooms, each furnished with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The upper floor also features a bathroom equipped with a shower and WC, bringing the total number of bathrooms in the property to 2.
