Villa Valmea is a characteristic and welcoming two-story villa surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Valmea you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of the surrounding hills. Villa Valmea is 300 square meters (3230 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 8.3 km (5.2 miles) from Fabro, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 3.2 km (roughly 2 miles) and a grocery store at 7.2 km (roughly 4.5 miles).
You will reach Villa Valmea from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Valmea you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for up to four cars. Please note that access to Villa Valmea is along a 1-kilometer (0.6-mile) unpaved road.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, from 80 centimeters (2.6 feet) to 1.3 meters (4.3 feet) deep. It can be heated if requested (additional cost applies -- please enquire with our staff). The area is equipped with sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery and of the hills. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Terrace
The terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with armchairs, as well as with a table, chairs and a swing. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the surrounding hills.
Patio
The patio is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic porch. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.
Garden
The garden is 4000 square meters (43000 square feet). It is partly shaded by pergolas and by trees. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a small wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the surrounding hills.
Ground FloorLiving Room 1
The first living room is paved with Venetian mosaic. The ceiling is barrel-vaulted. The furnishings are classic and welcoming, and include two sofas and a desk. There is an elegant fireplace, for decorative purposes only. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through two French doors. The room also has a window.
Living Room 2
The second living room is paved with Venetian mosaic. The ceiling is sloped and is made of wood. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include a sofa and two armchairs. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has a window.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the first and second living room going down two steps. The ceiling is made of wood. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the terrace through two French doors.
Game Room
You will be able to enter the game room from the dining room climbing two steps. Here you will be able to have fun with a pool table. The room has no windows.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room going down two steps. It is equipped with a ten-burner gas cooker, two electric ovens, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. Here you will also find an iron and an ironing board. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden, climbing two steps. The room also has two windows.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the first living room. The ceiling is barrel-vaulted. The room has a king-size bed (180 cm/71 inches). The furnishings include a wood bench. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The room also has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the second living room through an access area. The ceiling is sloped and is made of wood. The room has a king-size bed (180 cm/71 inches).
