Villa Sicaminea, a large property surrounded by nature and with plenty
of outdoor spaces available to guests.
The Calliope studio apartment consists of a double bedroom
in which there is also a kitchenette, and a full shower room. In the
room`s furniture there are also coffee table and chairs, closet, bedside
tables.
The villa offers shared outdoor areas for all guests, equipped for relaxing, dining and outdoor dining.
Shared in the garden are the swimming pool and solarium, outdoor shower, brick barbecue , and ample parking.
Villa Sicaminea is a large, fully fenced property. The owners live in the main house with ancient charm.

Sicaminea is located in the heart of Salento, in the countryside of
Corigliano d`Otranto, one of the most characteristic towns of the Grecìa
Salentina, with a beautiful moated castle, the beating heart of the
local culture, a lovely historic center, all the main services and a
good number of bars, small restaurants, pizzerias etc.
The
location, right in the center of the Salento peninsula, makes it
possible to reach by car the most famous destinations of both seaside
and cultural tourism. Galatina is about 9 km away.
Melpignano,
where the Notte della Taranta is held, is just 5 km away. The beaches of
Otranto are about 20 km away, exactly like the Ionian coast of the
Gallipoli area.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- The shared pool is available from May  to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Garden and barbecue are shared.
