Villa Elena Nina is a beautiful luxury villa with mini pool and 6 beds, consisting of exclusive suites for vacation rental in Torre Lapillo, on the sea of Porto Cesareo, less than 200 meters from the beach and the center.
The suites are all equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi internet,
minibar, TV with satellite dish, hair dryer. In the garden, in addition
to the mini pool, there are relaxation corners and outdoor shower. Free
parking in the area in front of the relais.

Villa Elena Nina is located in Torre Lapillo,
a hamlet of Porto Cesareo famous for its beautiful beaches of golden
sand and crystal clear sea with a shallow and accessible seabed, loved
by all age groups.
The property is just 100 meters from the
liveliest center of Torre Lapillo with restaurants, bars, supermarkets
and more. The sea is less than 200 meters from the suites.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Mini Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
