Magnolia Cottage, is single-storey and consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating and Smart TV, and a sitting room with a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size bedroom with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a twin bedroom, along with a bathroom with bath, basin and WC. Outside, there is a garden with patio, furniture and barbecue, and driveway parking for two cars. Two well-beahved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop 0.1 miles, a pub within 0.2 miles, and a lake within 1.1 miles. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Magnolia Cottage is a Grade II listed retreat near the Peak District. Note - This property has 250 GBP Good Housekeeping Bond
