The rates for this home are for a maximum capacity of up to 40 guests in 7 bedrooms and 7 bungalows.An additional main house eighth bedroom, located near the kitchen’s secondary entrance, provides flexible use as staff quarters or extra space for older children.One of the bungalows features triple bunk beds and a kitchenette, making it ideal for a group of friends or staff.Swimming pool is not heated although the delightful weather in the region ensures a comfortably refreshing swimming experience.Tap water comes from a borehole and is untreated, but complimentary drinking mineral water is provided.The bungalows do not enjoy Wi-Fi access.As part of the natural and secluded setting, there is approximately 1 km of dirt road leading to the property.Peak Festive and Summer dates are strictly non-refundable.Tipping house staff and concierge/ambassador teams is customary in Europe, but all tips should be based on level of service and satisfaction with the services provided.A security deposit may be required after booking confirmation.
