Polly's Place, Harbour Area, Sea Views & Terrace

Polly's Place is a traditional fisherman's cottage perched above the harbour on one of Brixham's most photogenic streets. Thanks to its elevated setting in Brixham's natural harbour bowl, the cottage offers fantastic views across the harbour, marina and out to the Breakwater. This newly decorated cottage is just a stone's throw from everything Brixham has to offer, with fantastic pubs, restaurants, cafés and a variety of independent retailers all within walking distance, making it a wonderful choice for a classic coastal break.

​Located among a row of vibrant, colourful cottages, Polly's Place's cheerful exterior sets the tone for within. As you step inside you are greeted by the bright and airy living room, with an additional snug to the rear of the property with stunning views of Brixham harbour and far out to sea. Downstairs you will find the open plan kitchen and dining area for enjoying a breakfast to set you up for the day and a pretty window seat for you to enjoy the wonderful views. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the second floor of the cottage while the main bedroom with en suite can be found on the third floor via a steep spiral staircase.

The well-designed kitchen offers the perfect flexibility for self-catering. Brixham is a food lovers' paradise, and you will be spoilt for choice for places to eat out. For culinary enthusiasts, why not pick up some fresh fish straight off one of the local day boats to prepare back in the cottage and then enjoy an after dinner drink on the real gem of this property, it's terrace. Located at the back of the property, and with captivating views over the working harbour, you can while away the hours watching the view change as the tide ebbs in and out and the sun sets, lighting up the colourful cottages on the other side of the harbour.

Guest Access:
Polly's Place is located down a very narrow road. Access is for unloading/loading only and then you are required to park in the car parks or nearby on street parking. Further information on parking will be provided prior to arrival.
The cottage is located in an elevated position over Brixham harbour and and may not be suitable for the those with mobility issues.

Notes​
Infants welcome, you will find: a highchair located in the dining area, a travel cot located under the bed in the top bedroom, and a stairgate in the wardrobe of the second bedroom
Up to 2 dogs welcome and dog bowls provided. A £35 per pet fee applies.
Bed linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels if required)

This property includes a small welcome/starter pack to help you on your first day of arrival. This consists of 2 toilet rolls, washing up liquid, 2 dishwasher tablets (if applicable), a washing up cloth, sponge & tea towel and tea, coffee & milk sachets. Cupboard staples and any other extras are not as standard and so we always recommend ensuring you have your own supplies of anything else required.
