BUNTING BRIXHAM - Beautiful marine town house with extensive sea views

Bunting Brixham is a 3 bedroom marine town house, with the homely feel of a cottage and views of Torbay and Brixham town. Conveniently situated near to Berry Head nature reserve and Shoalstone beach and sea water pool. Bunting is situated in a quiet residential area with easy parking and about a 15 minute stroll to the town centre. With 2 bathrooms a separate games room, WiFi and sleeping up to 6 persons it is ideal for families holidays or couples alike.

During the peak summer season our minimum stay is 7 nights with changeover on a Saturday. Outside of the peak season we accept short break bookings for a minimum of 3 nights. Please contact us for a competitive quote for short breaks .

Ground Floor; Large entrance sun room set up as a family games room, with sofa, TV, Sky, games console and games table. Bedroom with double bed, and built-in wardrobe, shower room with WC, washbasin and walk-in shower.

First floor; Living room with separate lounge and dining areas. Three piece leather suite, 36″ flat screen TV with Sky, dining table and 6 chairs, high chair and baby equipment are available. Spacious kitchen with built-in double oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron an iron and ironing board are available.

Second floor; Master bedroom with super-king size double bed, built-in wardrobes, TV, two tub chairs and coffee table and a dressing table. Panoramic views across the bay. Bedroom with twin beds and built in wardrobes and views across the town. Bathroom with bath and shower-over, WC and wash basin. A travel cot is also available.

Outside; Communal off road parking and lawned gardens. From the lounge a door leads to a small Integral balcony with bistro-set, an ideal spot to sit out and enjoy the view across the bay.

Bunting Brixham has free WiFi and full gas central heating. A travel cot and highchair are available.

One well-behaved dog welcome subject to our pet policy as detailed in our terms and conditions of booking.

Please leave the towels in the bathrooms. Do all the washing up and empty the dishwasher. Return all kitchen items back in the cupboards.

We loved our stay at buntings in Brixham. A great quiet location, 15 mum walk to town, beach or berry head nature reserve. The beds are very comfy, the living space is great for all and a toddler. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked every night as we had a toddler with us. Great that we could take our dog too. We would highly recommend and hope to return as a family group next year. Brilliant value, thanks very much to our hosts.

Lovely property. Great sea views and only a short stroll to town or beach. Bit more strenuous walking back but if you know Brixham you'll know your never far from a hill 😅

Wonderful holiday

We had an amazing week. My parents came along with my husband and our 2 children. The way the property is laid out meant they could have their own bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor while we had the top floor. Very clean and modern accommodation. A nice walk down to the harbour and lovely views. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great weekend In Brixham. The house was clean and modern and the views were wonderful. We were able to enjoy this house in all the weathers we experienced during the weekend. The children loved the games table and the PS2.

Great property for family stay.

Bunting Brixham is very family friendly with games room for adults and children alike, WiFi and Sky TV being a big plus for rainy days. The property was cleaned to a high standard, spacious and having two bathrooms made getting ready to go out in the evening so much quicker. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and with the property being just a short walk to both Brixham Harbour and Berry Head it is so ideally located. Beds were very comfortable and having a washing machine to hand was also great. We would have no hesitation in staying at Bunting Brixham again in the future, it was perfect for our family of 6. It could also suit two smaller families as the downstairs double room and bathroom gives independence from the other double and twin room on the third floor. Definitely worth a visit.

Bunting holiday experience

The property was spacious. Clean and the view of the sea was amazing. It had everything you could possibly need for a holiday experience. Bonus that it was only 2 minutes from my sisters house 😍 I definitely would recommend this property to anyone.5 🌟

Rosemary was both born and grew up in Kent where she still lives. After many years of visiting Brixham with her late husband Paul, they bought Bunting and renovated it to the modern family friendly home it is today.

Rosemary and Paul brought their three children for many holidays in Brixham. Since buying Bunting they were able to bring their grandchildren and Rosemary still has many happy holidays with her children and their children. Not all at once as she now has 6 grandchildren.

Why they chose this property

Paul had been coming on holiday to Brixham for over 50 years - he first came aged 2 years old, He, visited with his parents, grandparents and when she was 19 Rosemary. Paul and Rosemary, their children and now our grandchildren have all enjoyed holidays in Brixham and all the family love the area.
In 2014 we were fortunate enough to be able to purchase Bunting as our second home. We love the house and the area and look forward to sharing it with you.

What makes this property unique

The property is in the popular Wall Park area of Brixham. It is located in a quiet residential area with off road parking (a real bonus in Brixham!) yet only 10-15 minutes walk to the town centre or 2 minutes to the beach.

Short breaks (minimum stay three nights) available outside of peak season. Please contact us for a quote.
