Beachcomber is a well designed holiday home, ideal for a family seaside holiday. An extremely popular property in the Wellies & Windbreaks portfolio, Beachcomber sleeps ten in five bedrooms with three bathrooms. It's location is fantastic, just 200m from the beach and a couple of minutes' walk into East Wittering Village.
The flexibility of the bedrooms in the property add to its appeal as each room has zip and link beds which can be made up as either a super king or two single beds. Please message your preferred layout of the bedrooms when booking.

The stylish and modern open plan living and dining area, plus well quipped and modern kitchen on the ground floor, is flooded with natural light and really is the heart of the home. Full-width bi-fold doors open out onto a lovely garden with lush greenery, small lawn for the kids to play and a large patio space - perfect for a BBQ and sundowners on a warm summers evening. The open plan living space has two separate seating areas, one centered around the TV and the other tucked into a cosy corner with wood burning stove - a fabulous spot to relax with a book and cuppa!
The master bedroom can be found on the ground floor at the back of the property. The vaulted ceiling and picture window make the room light and bright, plus patio doors offer direct access out onto the garden. The bedroom also features an ensuite with large shower and a walk-in wardrobe.
Two more bedrooms can be found on the ground floor at the front of the property and share a family bathroom with shower over bath. Upstairs are two more bright and spacious bedrooms that have been tastefully decorated and share a shower room. The large picture window in the back bedroom is a fantastic feature and fills the room with natural light.
Beachcomber is well located for both the buzz of East Wittering and the beach. A short walk east and you'll reach the village with shops, restaurants and surf cafes. If it's the beach you're after, you'll only have to walk a few minutes to East Wittering and if you keep heading west, you'll soon reach the white sands of West Wittering.
There is off-street parking on the drive for up to 4 cars.
