Here you have a mini zoo, playing fields, crazy golf, a kids splash park, 2 parks, a bmx track, a boating lake, lots of food and drink options, roller skating, arcades, bowling, soft play, gym, swimming, tennis, paddleball, etc. Some useful information around Maldon, is inside the property, there are many events that go on in Maldon throughout the year.. Hebridge Basin is a very nice walk from the apartment, all the way to the end of the canal, here you can rent thinks such as kayaks to travel up the canal, fishing is permitted on the canal, there are many birds including swans that reside and nest on the canal.

Parking is permitted on site, please use the parking permit and return it to the property on exit. There is a lock box within the car park to provide access to the property, a communal door that serves just 4 apartments, including this one. The apartment comprises of a large double bedroom, with a double bed and some storage for clothes, there is then a single room with a single bed too, all bedding is included. The bathroom has a shower, shower mats and towels are included. We are spoilt with amazing views from the lounge and kitchen, there is a 4 seater table and chairs, a sofa bed and armchair, along with a coffee table, side table and TV. WiFi is included, as is Prime and using the Firestick you can access any of your other subscriptions. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of utensils, there is an oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster.
