Spacious and comfortable home in the city centre of Alicante town minutes from central Market and old town. Perfect stay for seasonal or longer stays. The place has all amenities you would need and is perfectly located close to bars and restaurants, central Market, Santa Barbara and San Fernando Castles, train station and Postiguet beach. Perfect Public transport links. Strictly NO Parties or events are allowed in the property. Please note, there is no step free access available in the property. HOUSE RULES & QUIET HOURS:

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please respect the quiet hours from 22:00 (10:00 PM) to 08:00 (8:00 AM).

• We kindly remind you that we don't allow parties or events in the property and to keep things comfortable, we ask that only the guests listed on the booking are present at the property at any time.
• No smoking or vaping inside the house. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking.
• Please rinse off all sand from feet, shoes, and belongings at the outdoor tap on the beach before returning to the flat. Help us keep the space clean and sand-free
• We kindly ask you please ensure you do not sit with wet clothes on the sofa or chairs as this can damage the furniture!
• When disposing of rubbish, please use the designated containers outside the building. Do not leave any waste inside the apartment or in common areas.
• When leaving the flat, please lock all doors and windows for security.
• Please switch off all electrical equipment and appliances before leaving the flat.
• Please be aware that using multiple high-powered electrical appliances at the same time may trip the circuit breakers. If this happens, you can reset them by pressing the red button on the power unit.
• To help keep the floors clean and free of dirt, I kindly ask to take off shoes when coming inside
• Please refrain from leaning on the bathroom door handle when stepping down as this action causes damage to the door
• To prevent any slips and trips please keep bathroom floor dry and take extra care when going up and down the stairs.
• We kindly ask you please ensure you do not sit with wet clothes on the sofa or chairs as this can damage the furniture!
