Apartamento moderno en la primera planta de un edificio a 200m del Castillo de Santa Barbara, 300m del Mercado y Plaza de toros, 500m del Centro Histórico. Ubicación ideal para visitar la ciudad de Alicante a pie durante el día (shopping, cultura, historia...) y la noche (bares y restaurantes). A tan solo 10/15 minutos andando, podemos disfrutar del Puerto de Alicante y Playa del Postiguet. A 300m se encuentran buenas conexiones al Aeropuerto ( autobus, linea C6) y el TRAM, para poder visitar diferentes lugares de la costa (Playa San Juan, Benidorm...). En las calles alrededor del edificio, el aparcamiento es gratis, disponibilidad según horarios.

El apartamento dispone de terraza soleada con taburetes, para poder relajarse con una copa de vino. Consta de dormitorio de estilo romántico con una cama de matrimonio de 150x200 con colchón de alta cualidad y un baño con ducha italiana. Luminoso salón con cocina, totalmente equipado con microondas, lavadorado-secadora y lavavajillas (más tiempo libre para disfrutar las vacaciones). Para su confort : aire acondicionado, en calor y frio, TV de pantalla grande, Netflix y Prime incluido, aceso Wifi 30 Mbps, agua filtrada...

The property was even better than seen in the photos online.The location was excellent, close to everything in the city, but quieter than being in the tourist centre, with an excellent bus service to go farther afield. Host was great.j

Although the apartment was a 10 to 15 minute walk to the harbour and beach there was bars and restaurants much closer. The apartment was compact but had everything you needed. The host Jesse was very helpful and informative.

The stay in Alicante was amazing! The apartment was in a perfect location. Jessy was a great host. He greeted us upon arrival, was available for any questions we had, and checked in to be sure we were doing ok. He checked us out and even helped us book a taxi to the airport. Excellent property and host is a 10/10, extremely helpful in giving us recommendations for places to visit and eat. It was a 20 minute walk to Postiguet Beach while walking through Old Town. The Santa Barbara Castle is just behind the property so can easily walk up the hill. We also took the tram to other towns like Benidorm (1 1/2hr ride) and hikes along a rocky beach trail in Coba de la Huertas (recommended by host!). He also recommended a tour to El Guadalest and swimming in the Waterfalls of Les Fonds de l’Agar, what a great day that was. Property has a mini split for air conditioning, washer/dryer combo comfortable bed and hot shower. Everything was as expected! Highly recommend this property

Great apartment & Great hosting

We had a lovely stay in this apartment, a perfect base to explore Alicante and its surroundings from. Jessy was a really great host with fantastic communication. During check-in he really took great care in showing the apartment and how to use everything. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. Only short walking distance to many great bars and restaurants.

My trip to Alicante

The stay in Alicante was great. Jess, the landlord is a great host. he is very welcoming, super friendly & all is thought about. Also the appartment is very well equipped. super clean, very nicely furnishd with a lot of charm & storage room. the location of the appartment is ideal. very close to everything, e.g. the old city, the castle, restaurants and also shopping area & street are nearby. We have been to many BnBs in our travels over the years so good hosts that care stand out. Jess was so very helpful and interested in our trip. It’s becoming rare to have a host that greets you, helps with your luggage, shows you how the stove works, and shows you a map so you know where you've landed and which way to the beach and the grocery store and also feel you can message with questions - when you only have a few days you don’t want to spend your time being lost and missing out on what you came to do. Also, the place is kind of a masterpiece in space organization. It has every thing you need and also very thoughtful things that you like to have. A great bed, a spacious shower that works super, air conditioning, a sweet little terrace, good nespreso machine with pods, washer, beach towels, and an equipped kitchen with sharp knives and a decent sized tv with a streaming services. We have a great stay in a great location, thanks Jess!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Amo a España por su estilo de vida. La elección de Alicante ha sido bastante obvia por sus 300 días de sol al año. Alicante es una ciudad viva y encantadora, con una población adecuada, que posee la playa y el puerto en el corazón de la ciudad. Me enamoré del distrito de San Antón, donde está ubicado el departamento y donde vivo. Vivir en este vecindario son todos los beneficios de vivir en el centro, pero con paz.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

El apartamento es muy luminoso y agradable, ha sido completamente renovado para que estés cómodo. Para muchos propietarios, el alquiler turístico es solo una fuente de ingresos adicionales, pero no tienen el tiempo necesario para hacer las cosas bien. En mi caso, es una actividad de tiempo completo. Vivo en el mismo edificio y estoy a su disposición para que su estancia sea lo más saludable posible.
