Central yet peaceful—2 minutes' walk to shops, restaurants, markets, and the Gilão River. Beach lovers are just 200m from the ferry to Tavira Island's golden sands. Perfect for sun, sea, and a relaxing getaway. Car not essential with excellent bus and train links a short walk away.



INTERIOR:

Step into a bright, airy living space, where you are first greeted by a comfortable lounge with sofas, TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Tavira. Towards the back, a spacious dining area features a charming wooden table, ideal for meals with family or friends. The adjoining fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a pleasure, with a gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and all essential appliances. The air conditioning throughout keeps the home cool and comfortable during hot summer days. This ground floor also features a WC for added convenience.



Two bedrooms on the first and second floors provide a peaceful retreat with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, and cosy king-size beds. Each has a private bathroom—one with a walk-in shower, the other with a bathtub and overhead shower—ensuring comfort and privacy.



OUTDOOR SPACE:

Enjoy a small balcony overlooking the charming rooftops of Tavira, perfect for a leisurely breakfast or a glass of wine at sunset. At street level, a quaint table and chairs provide a small outdoor spot to soak up the local atmosphere. On the top floor there is also a small terrace and traditional BBQ offering a spot to enjoy a supper under the stars with plates and cutlery conveniently provided alongside.

The ferry to the Ilha de Tavira with its stunning golden-sand beach and lovely restaurants is only 200 meters away, making it easy to enjoy sun, sea, and sand. Everything you need is within a short, pleasant walk.

This is private accommodation, and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. There is a small step to enter the property and internal staircases within the property leading to both bedrooms on the first and second floors,
