With five bedrooms and open-plan living, it's designed with families and friends in mind, it has a sun-drenched terrace, games room, fire pit, and outdoor shower - perfect for washing off sandy toes and salty paws after a day at the beach!

The layout is perfectly suited to larger families or two families sharing. On the ground floor are two principal bedroom suites; one with an en-suite shower room, and another with a luxurious en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub and separate shower. Two further bedrooms feature bunk beds and a single bed in each, ideal for younger guests. A family bathroom with a bath, shower, wash basin and WC complete the ground floor. The practical utility room includes a WC and opens to an outdoor hot shower, ideal after beach days.

A private fifth bedroom with twin beds sits on a cosy mezzanine level, accessible via its own staircase and door. Though the ceiling height is lower, it's a charming, secluded hideaway, perfect for older children. Please take care under the low ceilings.

Upstairs is the heart of the home, a stunning open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area flooded with light from floor-to-ceiling windows. With vaulted ceilings, exposed wooden beams and sweeping views, this space is perfect for entertaining or relaxing by the wood-burning stove. Please note, this property does not have a television, encouraging you to fully embrace the serenity and natural beauty of your surroundings.

Double doors lead to a spacious terrace with outdoor dining furniture, a barbecue, bean bags, and breathtaking countryside views. Further up the garden, you'll find a peaceful, sunken fire pit, perfect for starry nights and the soothing sound of waves in the distance. For entertainment, there's a well-equipped games room with air hockey, children's table tennis, darts, wetsuits, body boards, and beach gear, plus an outdoor table tennis table for summer fun.
