This newly built, architect-designed home on Grado, the isola del sole, is designed for relaxed, easy living and is great for families.Set across four floors, it offers three comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms. A cosy top-floor lounge opens onto a rooftop terrace with soft seating, dining table, and lavender garden. The bright open-plan kitchen and living area flows onto a private outdoor dining space with a large table and BBQ, and children's playhouse - a welcoming base to enjoy Grado.

Professionally, I run a family food brand dedicated to healthy food and eating for children . I was in the charity and non-profit world previously always focussed on food education. I have travelled with my work & out of passion my whole life.I used to live in Guatemala, Paris, Rome Sydney, & NYC so sometimes will be booking as a family other times for myself without children in tow. I am a mother of three girls & love to cook for them.

You can stay local and explore the beaches, bike trails, lagoon, thermal spa, local restaurants, and nightlife, or
venture further afield with activities such as visiting Isola di Barbana, exploring Aquileia’s UNESCO-listed
Roman ruins, cycling scenic routes, and enjoying wine tastings at local wineries. The Collio area around
Cormòns, world-renowned for its wines, and the Gulf of Trieste are also just a short drive away.
For sports lovers, Grado offers sailing, kitesurfing, kayaking, windsurfing, and SUP. It is also the final destination
of the Alpe Adria Cycle Path, awarded one of the best cycling routes in Europe, stretching from Grado to
Salzburg through stunning nature, mountains, and historic towns.
