It was perfect. Perfect location, 20m to the sea, 20m to the harbour and 5 min to the beautiful centre of grado. Nice, clean apartment with an beautiful Panorama view, in a nice resort with 4 pools.

Einfaches Appartement in unmittelbarer Strandnähe

Wir waren viel unterwegs. Die Klimaanlage konnte man nur laufen lassen, wenn man nicht da war, sie hat sehr unangenehm gerochen. Küche ist funktional, aber Hartplastikteller ist schon sehr armselig. Spüli, lappen musste erst gekauft werden. Die Außenanlagen ist ebenfalls lieblos, zu guter letzt bin ich auf dem Parkplatz im Dunkeln in ein Riesen Loch getreten und habe mir den Knöchel verstaucht. Hier muss mal grundlegend saniert werden, innen und außen. Nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Schade, da könnte man was draus machen, WIFI war auch nicht möglich, rooter nicht vorhanden, Angaben Vermieter unbrauchbar. Und dafür 150€ die Nacht, das ist definitiv zu viel!!

Nauthotel Grado

Das Nauthotel besticht nicht mit großer Eleganz und Charme, das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist aber in Ordnung. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber absolut ausreichend. Der Süßwasserpool auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den Hafen ist sehenswert. Zwar nicht riesig groß, aber mit tollem Ausblick und gratis Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Auch zum Meer sind es nur wenige Meter. Grado selbst ist eine Perle mit einer atemberaubenden Altstadt. Ärgerlich sind die unendlich vielen Radfahrer und Zebrastreifen, in der Stadt kommt man teilweise nur im Schritttempo voran. Besser ist es wenn man das Auto stehen lässt. Die kleinen Gassen laden allemal ein zum verweilen und genießen. Für uns (2 Erw./1 Jugendl) eine Urlaubswoche die ich jederzeit wieder buchen würde.

Schöner Aufenthalt - mit einem großen Wermutstropfen

Die Lage des Appartements in Strandnähe - Blick auf Strand und Ort - hat uns gut gefallen. Dafür haben wir auch gern in Kauf genommen, dass es morgens manchmal recht laut war (Zufahrt zu den Appartementhäusern, Müllabfuhr). Die Einrichtung des Appartements war ansprechend, die Küchenzeile sehr klein und spartanisch ausgestattet. Ein sehr großes Problem für uns: In einer Nacht lief aus dem Boiler im Bad Wasser aus. Wir waren hilflos, da es in der Wohnung keinerlei Hinweise gab was man in einem Notfall tun könnte. Unter den Notrufnummern, die an der Rezeption aushingen, konnte man niemand erreichen. Nach etwa 1,5 stündigem Kampf gegen das Wasser fanden wir zum Glück im Gang einen Absperrhahn... Was für uns äußerst unverständlich und empörend ist: Die Vermieter haben sich bis heute nicht bei uns gemeldet. Wir haben in der Nacht kaum geschlafen, waren nach der Aktion müde und erschöpft.. Wir haben verhindert, dass die ganze Wohnung unter Wasser stand und höchstwahrscheinlich auch der Gang vor unserem Appartement.

Schöne Lage und Ort in einem bedingt erholsamen Umfeld.

Die Lage des Objektes ist optimal am Strand gelegen. Das Objekt ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der normale Pool liegt in einem nicht sehr schönen Umfeld, da ein ehemaliger Pool nur notdürftig abgedeckt wurde und auch bereits einige Bodenfliesen fehlen. Der Empfang war sehr kompetent und auch deutschsprachig. Die Wohnung war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber. Der ausklappbare Sessel im Wohnbereich war in einem sehr desolaten Zustand und der Wasserkocher nicht nutzbar . Die Nachtruhe wurde deutlich durch die unterhalb der Wohnung führende Zufahrtstraße und die bis weit nach Mitternacht reichenden Stranpartys gestört.

schöne Tage in Grado

Die Ferienwohnung liegt ideal am Strand. Restaurants sind zu Fuß in der Altstadt zu erreichen. Von Balkon ist ein schöner Blick über den Strand.

Wundbar gelegene Ferienwohnung in Grado

Ein absolut traumhafter Aufenthalt in Grado. Diese Ferienwohnung hatten wir aufgrund ihrer Lage, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und des beinhalteten Parkplatzes bereits zum zweiten Mal gebucht und waren erneut begeistert. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption erhält man einen Sonnenschirm, den man dorthin mitnehmen darf. Die Benutzung der Meerwasserpools von Porto San Vito ist mit eingeschlossen. Zur Altstadt (und damit zu verschiedenen Läden) ist es nicht weit. Grado selbst ist sehr sehenswert, eignet sich aber auch hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen der Umgebung (z.B. Aquileia, Triest, Venedig). Vielen Dank für die unkomplizierte Abwicklung und den schönen Aufenthalt in Grado!

Porto san vito grado

Ho soggiornato con mio marito e mia figlia di 1 anno e 3 mesi presso questa struttura e mi sono trovata molto bene. La casa pur piccola è molto funzionale pulita e confortevole. IL residence fornisce lenzuola e asciugamani puliti e anche se non c'è la lavatrice c'è quella comune nel porticciolo. L'appartamento è comodo al centro di grado, alla spiaggia e ha 3 belle piscine dove si può sfuggire dal caldo dei giorni di agosto.

"Grado deliziosa. Dintorni da visitare x es.Aquileia. Possibilità gite in mare/laguna. Alloggio e contesto OK. Piscina termale confortevole. Unici nei il bagno e l''aria condizionata. Il bagno : 1)piatto doccia a filo pavimento che, quindi, si bagnava tutto ad ogni doccia;2)mancanza del bidet. L''aria condizionata : non regolabile (abbiamo anche chiesto alla reception del resort, ma essendo un appartamento privato non hanno potuto intervenire). "

Bel mini appartamento con...

Bel mini appartamento conforme alle foto ed alla descrizione, sia come stato/pulizia che come attrezzature. Un punto da migliorare, una cabina doccia al posto della tenda. Il contesto ci è piaciuto molto, curato, non rumoroso, piscine nel verde, ristorante interno con vista mare. Ottima posizione ad un passo dalla spiaggia e breve passeggiata dal centro storico, che merita una visita. Sicuramente consigliato a chi ha bambini, anche piccoli. Ottimo per chi apprezza spiagge non troppo affollate, perchè quella del residence confina con la spiaggia libera, ampia, pulita e non troppo frequentata. Verso il centro la spiaggia si assottiglia ed è quindi coperta di ombrelloni. Siamo stati molto bene!
