We live about an hour away from beautiful Keuka Lake. Our family loves the water and it has always been our dream to own a little piece of the lake. We are so thankful that our dream has come true. With 3 kids our schedules are crazy and so we want to share our dream with others and allow other people like us to spend time on this beautiful and peaceful lake. Keuka is definitely a piece of heaven.

Why Steve and Trish chose Pulteney

This cottage is right on the water and that was very important to us. We love to sit near the water all day while also having quick access to hop on the boat and play in the water. With 54 feet of frontage, a nice lawn area and the newly built permanent dock the outdoors is where we will be.

What makes this Cottage unique

Large picture window in mater bedroom facing the lake. Our property is right on the water with a 700 square foot permanent dock to enjoy the outdoors. There is also a lush yard and covered porch for waterside enjoyment in any weather. At this most trying of times we continue to focus on the cleanliness of our cottage. The entire cottage is disinfected between each guest and there is at least a 5 hour gap between a potential guest checkout and a new guest check in. Our check in procedures are contactless so no face to face interaction is required. We hope these precautions help assure a safe and pleasant stay.
