The Space:
Welcome to this cozy 50 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Howick Place in the heart of Westminster. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom 1: 1 King bed, Living Room: 1 double sofa bed. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs. There is a private small balcony — smoking is not allowed on the small balcony.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has floor heating (electric thermostat) throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a £50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is £90; after 1:00 AM is £120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment and the small balcony are non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.
PLEASE NOTE THAT CONSTRUCTION WORKS ARE TAKING PLACE NEAR THE BUILDING. SOME CONSTRUCTION NOISE IS TO BE EXPECTED DURING NORMAL WORKING HOURS. WE THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND APOLOGISE FOR ANY DISTURBANCES.

The Neighborhood:
Westminster is London’s political and ceremonial heart, home to the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, and St James’s Park. The neighbourhood feels grand and historic, and is ideally placed for visiting most of London’s major landmarks on foot. Victoria, Westminster, and St James’s Park tube stations are all within easy reach, and the South Bank is a short walk across the river.

The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

El apartamento está en una excelente ubicación, muy cerca del metro y supermercados. El alojamiento y las instalaciones de la casa fueron excelentes, lo que lo hace perfecto tanto para estancias cortas como largas. Está idealmente situado cerca de una parada de autobús y dos estaciones de metro, con muchas tiendas y restaurantes cercanos. Se puede caminar fácilmente hasta lugares emblemáticos como el Big Ben y el Palacio de Buckingham.
