Beautiful, completely renovated Notting Hill flat
A beautiful, modern 2-bedroom flat on the 2nd floor (with lift) of a period block. I have extensively refurbished this flat to include high quality fixtures and furnishings. It t is impeccably clean and benefits from lots of natural light.
Located on a quiet 1-way street, my flat is in the heart of one of London's most charming and beautiful neighbourhoods. You will be close to the many excellent shops, restaurants and transport links of Notting Hill Gate and Kensington High Street and the green spaces of both Holland Park and Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park are within easy walking distance. The rear of the property, where both bedrooms are situated, overlooks a small primary school, so there can be some noise during term time during the school day, however the windows are double glazed which significantly reduces noise. Guests consistently say that my flat is perfect for families and anyone who wants to explore London from a lovely, central location in a quiet and charming neighbourhood. I live locally and am always happy to share tips and suggestions and answer any questions that guests have.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Turn down thermostat + bathroom heater
2. Remove all waste (rubbish chutes are opposite the lift)
3. Remove all bed sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers and leave by bed + used towels and linens
1. Leave the keys on the kitchen table
2. Securely close the front door and all windows when you leave.
3. Please message when you've left

Originally from the US, I've been living in this area of London for 20 years and wouldn't live anywhere else. I enjoy hosting guests from all over the world and sharing what I feel makes Notting Hill a special place to visit during their trip to London.
Why they chose this property
Central and easy to access any part of London but quiet, charming and offers an amazing array of restaurants, shops, parks, and cultural activities. It's incredibly family friendly but also offers vibrant entertainment for younger people as well as attractions for more mature travellers.
What makes this property unique
My property is located within one of the most charming and safest neighbourhoods on a beautiful, quiet street but in very close proximity to the tube, bus stops, restaurants, cafes, shops and the park. It's very easy to get to / from all major airports and train stations. The flat itself has been fully renovated and although it's small, it's well-designed layout makes it very functional and practical for a family or group of travellers to make it their landing pad during a visit to London. Given its location and due to its size, most guests find that it is excellent value vis a vis other centrally-located, well-maintained prime London properties.
