with swimming pool and solarium, set in a large garden in the
countryside between Ostuni and Cisternino, for vacations in Valle

The villa with pool was born from the renovation
of an old farmhouse from the 1700s, restored to splendor and equipped
with the most modern comforts.
There is air conditioning in all rooms, heating, table soccer, barbecue, washing machine, wi-fi internet, hairdryer, TV, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, crib on request, alarm system, well-equipped kitchen etc.

Biancaluna,
a refined vacation home in Puglia, dedicates its name to a large clear
lamp by the pool that creates a unique atmosphere during sunset baths
and evenings under the stars.
The ancient 1700`s farmhouse can be
recognized in the architecture of the typical barrel vaults and domes of
the various rooms. Every detail is taken care of and the furnishings
are chosen to create true harmony.
The interiors consist of: large living room with large windows, kitchenette, sleeping area consisting of 2 bedrooms, both with en suite bathroom.
The
two rooms can be separated by a soundproof interior door, thus creating
two completely independent rooms, each with its own entrance.
Outside
there are also 2 dining areas: the larger one is served by a large
barbecue, under the poolside gazebo, and can comfortably seat up to 8
diners. The second outdoor dining area is more intimate and private,
accessible from the indoor kitchen.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
-First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 20 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 60 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
