Villa Ines is a beautiful villa with swimming pool and wonderful panoramic view of the sea of Puglia, a dream vacation rental in the area of Carovigno.
In addition to the pool, solarium and large outdoor spaces equipped with barbecue and outdoor shower, the villa is complete with all modern accessories such as air conditioning, wi-fi internet, smart TV, washing machine, hair dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker etc.
Also present is the external video surveillance system. Villa Ines offers up to 6 beds, plus possible crib on request. Pets are allowed.

Villa Ines is a beautiful Mediterranean-style villa with large manicured garden and large private pool, ideal for small groups and families up to 6 people.
The estate is equipped with an automatic gate. The pool (10mx5, h 1.20m with hopper 1.80m) is surrounded by solarium from which there are exceptional panoramic views of the nearby Adriatic Sea.
Outside there is also a dining area complete with barbecue.
The sea view is also the highlight of the living room of Villa Ines, thanks to its glass walls that give natural light and postcard-size panoramas.
The living room features 1 double sofa bed. A hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 2 double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom.
The interior of the villa is complemented by a second shower room.

Villa Ines stands in the countryside of Carovigno, in the province of Brindisi, in one of the most beautiful and scenic areas of Puglia that leads from the town to the sea, in the "Belvedere" area.
The Torre Guaceto nature reserve, with its tower, park, nature trails and pristine beach is just 8 km away.
The center of Carovigno, its ancient old town, monuments including the Dentice di Frasso Castle, architectural beauties and all the main services are just 4 km away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person.
- Pool available from April to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
