Beautiful Trullo Private Pool Sauna Large rooms Convenient location

Le Rose sits in its own 2 acre olive grove with private drive, private pool, private parking. The outdoor spaces are great for entertaining and celebrations. The outdoor kitchen and bar make it all so easy and only 5 metres from the indoor kitchen.
The bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms are spacious and in each we used a different wood. Oak, Olive, and Ash.
The cedar sauna is a great place to relax after a peaceful swim and gives you many healthy benefits.
Lovely garden with olive, citrus, fruit trees and green vegetables in winter. And our ancient pizza oven cooks wonderfully. Le Rose is not just about scents but about flavours and health too.

Every bit of our stay was absolutely fabulous.The house, the hospitality, the facilities and our host Will. Great location and wonderful restaurants, beach clubs, museums and things to do in the area for our 7,11 and 14 Year old. We will definitely want to come back!

Everything was perfect from the moment we booked through to leaving the villa. Will is simply amazing, he made restaurant reservations for us, sourced a birthday cake and was on hand for any questions during the stay. The villa has everything you could possibly need. It was the perfect space for our group of 6 adults and 3 children. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in this area.

Even though Will wasn't there himself, we were given a very nice welcome by the cleaning ladies. Will gave us many times all the information we need via WhatsApp. The pinnacle of hospitality. the kitchen and fridge were full of groceries. Will was an exceptional host and made our stay very easy! The villa is lovely and private with all the home comforts you’d want or need. Thoughtful touches like an outdoor Bluetooth speaker for the pool, great welcome food package, hairdryers in each bedroom etc.The area is gorgeous, beautiful beaches and fantastic cafes and restaurants recommended by Will and visited by us! We will be back to see more of this area - this time we just fully chilled out and it was a perfect villa to do that - Thanks Will!

Rustic Stone House Retreat

We were a group of 7 family members on a European adventure having traveled from Australia via Istanbul & Croatia to Puglia. The house had everything we required, Will had even stocked the fridge with items for a meal as we arrived late in the evening. Wonderful roses & amazing lemons were available to us for our table. Although the weather was cool, we made use of the pool & sauna (use with caution). Two great meals were had when we fired up the wood oven. Car required to visit local towns & villages.

Super relaxing holiday

This Trulli is a special place to stay with everything provided for all ages. We especially liked the outside space for eating and cooking with essential shade. Fabulous pizza oven and BBQ. Lovely pool. Inside is spacious, bedrooms are too with amazingly comfortable beds. All the facilities needed for cooking inside and out. Will the host is a genuinely great guy who will without any hestitation help with anything he can.

I’ve built the house to enjoy all year round and tried to design the outside ‘rooms’ to enjoy to the maximum. The property and this area are great places for party or extended celebration. great stay with Will

This property is beautifully designed and very comfortable for 3 couples. The layout of the buildings and landscaping ensure complete privacy. The "backyard" area with a pool and eating area is fabulous. We used the forno oven to cook pizza 3 nights and it was a great experience. The property is very well supplied with everything you need for a comfortable stay.You will need your own transportation here as it is off the beaten track. We had rented road bikes for some riding to Monopoli and Marta Franca and the first part of the road riding is tough with bumpy dirt roads and then a narrow highway.The owner, Will, is an amazing communicator and kept in close touch throughout our stay. His warm hospitality enhanced the trip for us all.

Perfect Family Villa

The villa was perfect for our party of 7 adults. The lovely outdoor space has plenty of sun and shade around the pretty pool. Inside the accommodation is spacious with lovely bathrooms and bedrooms and the cooking equipment is plentiful. Outdoor cooking and seating areas are perfect for family evenings and the pizza oven is fabulous. The plentiful activities, including table tennis and a basketball net, were well used and there is a padel court close by which can be booked. Running on the roads is a popular activity (although the roads are narrow). As well as Ostuni and other nearby well known tourist destinations, do visit Carovigno for a taste of a town geared up for locals and don't miss Cafe Chocolate whilst you're there! The villa's host (Will) was extremely helpful and is close by to assist, if needed.

Fantastic holiday!

Le Rose is a great residence to stay! it has everything you need (double dishwasher, double laundry machine, pizza oven, BBQ, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a great swimming pool! Host Will is fantastic! He spoiled us more than necessary as a host, has great tips what to visit en where to eat and suprised us with cold wine and beer in the fridge when we arrived and showed us around in Ostuni. We had a magnificent stay! You need a car to get to the accommodation, because the trullo is between Ostuni and Carovigno, but if you want to see the region you will need a car anyway. So, don't hesitate: book and visit Le Rose and the fantastic host Will!

Just Perfect

From the moment I first had contact with Will he was really helpful going above and beyond in every way. He recommended lots of eateries, cocktail bars, late sunset bar and has been the perfect host. The property suited us down to the ground and accommodated all our needs. I would have no hesitation in recommending a stay at Will’s place. Good break

The house was prepared with basic foodstuffs before we arrived. Even beer! The beds were comfortable. The house is well equipped. Decent size pool. The owner provided us with a wide range of helpful advice via WhatsApp as to where we should visit and eat. Both Ostuni and Carovigno were close at hand. We managed to visit both Lecce and Matera, both were well worthwhile. The coast is not far at all (but it was too early in the season for sea swimming). Our party comprised four retired adults. But it should suit a large family group just as well.

The perfect place to make unforgettable memories with your loved ones.

We enjoyed the space that's been very well designed for large groups. The pool and tranquil surroundings. Nestled between the stunning town of Ostuni and the Blue Flag beaches, this location offers the perfect blend of both worlds. The charming old town of Ostuni is absolutely magical, and we couldn't get enough of Will's recommendations for the best spots to explore and enjoy. Spending evenings strolling through the narrow, cobbled streets of the historic town, enjoying the seafood, pizza and pastas with a glass or two of wine was a dream but cocktails at Gipas was our favorite recommendation. The facilities at Le Rose are exceptional, allowing us to take full advantage of the incredible Puglian produce. We particularly loved how seamlessly the indoor and outdoor spaces flowed together, making it effortless to prepare and enjoy delightful alfresco meals for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The bedrooms and bathrooms are generously sized, finished to a high standard, and thoughtfully spread out across the property to ensure ample space and privacy for everyone.

Tranquillity in among the olive trees.
Ideally located between Ostuni and Carovigno and the sea, which saves lots of time.
The courtyard at the rear of the property between the house and the pool is very shaded and a sun trap ideal in Autumn, Winter and Spring, and lovely in summer too. A great place to relax in the evenings.
