Villa Nikandra is a modern villa for rent in Croatia, located in the quiet Split area and suitable for families or groups looking for comfort, space, and privacy. With 400 m² of indoor space, the villa can host up to 13 guests in six bedrooms, all with private bathrooms.
The interior is simple, bright, and functional, with large glass walls that allow plenty of daylight and create a pleasant connection between indoor and outdoor areas.
The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a large sofa and TV, and it flows naturally into the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with an island and bar seating. From here, guests can step directly onto the pool terrace.
The outdoor area includes a private swimming pool with sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a covered seating corner. There is also an outdoor bar with a small kitchenette, ideal for relaxed afternoons. At the back of the house, a shaded patio features an outdoor dining table and a summer kitchen with a wood barbecue, making it a great place for shared meals during summer.
Four bedrooms come with king-size beds, balconies, and sea views, while the remaining two bedrooms offer a double bed and twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and a calm, modern design.
For additional activities, the villa offers a room with billiards, TV, and Xbox, as well as a fitness room and a sauna with a shower. A rooftop terrace with shaded seating provides extra space to spend time together. The villa also includes a laundry room, private parking for five cars, a garage, and an electric vehicle charger. Pets are possible on request (charges may apply).
No overnight guests, parties, or events. Loud music is not allowed in the pool area, and quiet hours start at 10 pm. Smoking inside the villa is prohibited. Please respect the neighbors.
Villa Nikandra is around 20 minutes by car from Split, known for Diocletian’s Palace, shops, events, and daily services. Beaches, restaurants, and bars are only a short drive away, while Split Airport can be reached in about 30 minutes.
