Our home is newly renovated , located in Stobreč (6km from Split center) popular residential and tourism area; near urban, historic and natural attractions but enogh far from city noise,
Our comfortable and elegantly furnished apartments with all the comforts of home is an ideal base while exploring the coast and nearby islands. House consists from 3 independent apartments. One bedroom apartment (40m2) with bathroom and kitchen is underground with large teracce in mediterranean garden full of flowers with pool, jacuzzi, stone BBQ with covered outside dinning place.Also on the ground floor is apartment (60m2) with 2 bedrooms (one double bed, 2 single beds) ,kitchen,living room and bathroom with terrace.
On the second floor there is 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathroom, big living room and teracce. I ‘m on the first floor and I will be at your disposal if you need my help for anything otherwise you won’t see me.

Secure parking for 4 cars.
Our house is suitable for single travellers, couples, perfect for group of friends and families looking for a properties with comfortable indoor and outdoor facilities,
Only a short walk (less the 5 minutes) to the bus stop and few minutes walk to the rocky and sandy beach., supermarket, and lot of restarants on the promenade; tennis and golf center; diving...

My family of 12 stayed with Marina for 7 days August 2025 the villa was ideal for our stay we all had a great time. Marina was a perfect host and couldn't do enough for you. The pool was great for the children.I would recommend this villa for a family stay.

A great place outside of Split. local bars and restaurants in walking distance. the beach is even closer. Our host Marina even got us a reservation for 8 the afternoon we arrived for dinner at a nice local restaurant. great house, great town.

Beautiful home, great pool and clubhouse. Rooms were very spacious, kitchens were clean and user friendly. Top floor balcony had a view of the sea. Great location in quiet harbor town of Stobrec. Easy uber ride to Split. Stobrec had amazing fine dining restaurants, great pizza and an amazing bakery all a short walk from the house. Host family was amazing, gave us great suggestions when we asked to hire a boat for the day. The location was perfect for day trips to Dubrovnik, Krka Falls, Trogir and Mostar Bosnia.

Very nice accommodations for our family which included my husband and me, our 4 adult daughters, husbands and a 3 month old granddaughter. We had our own separate spaces and also areas for group gatherings. The pool was very nice and we loved the espresso machine. The nearby town and beach was very lovely. The only disadvantage was having to Uber into Split to get to Old Town, Trogir or the Ferry port, so if that's where you want to be the majority of the time, you may not appreciate the location. I loved being away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the tourists and Ubers were inexpensive and plentiful.

"Best Villa in Strobec!"

We booked this villa for 11 of us due to its location and the modern layout on the top floor plus views is a bonus. We were not disappointed. Upon arrival we were received at the airport by Diju who stays there with a big smile. From beginning to end he was helpful, even took us to the supermarket when needed and sorted out our excursions for us. Diju's family are all lovely and welcoming. Split is around 10 mins drive away and depending what time you go it only cost about 40kunas . Location is 5 mins walk to the marina. Would highly recommend this villa. Dee Khimani

Eine traumhafte Unterkunft in wunderschöner Lage

Wir waren vom 27.04.-01.05.23 mit 12 Frauen in diesem wunderschönen Objekt. Unsere Vermieterin Marina ist nicht zu toppen - sie hat sich um ALLES gekümmert: unsere Einkäufe hat sie mit ihrem privaten PKW erledigt - unsere Reservierungen für´s Restaurant und eine weitere Essensbestellungen ebenfalls. Der Transfer vom und zum Flughafen wurde von ihr organisiert und auch Taxianrufe, Städtetrips u. ä. wurden von Marina durchgeführt. Man kann es nicht besser antreffen. Zur kleinen City sind es fußläufig nur ein paar 100 m und der wunderschöne Strand mit glasklarem Wasser befindet sich auch ganz in der Nähe. Der Pool ist glasklar und sauber und die Sonnenliegen gut gepolstert. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich perfekt! Selbst ein Partyraum ist für Feierwütige vorhanden. Wir bedanken uns nochmals ganz herzlich für diese traumhafte Zeit!

Great accommodation for a group

Marina’s place is really great. Three separate apartments, but also with an outbuilding with a big table to get together. Marina and her family are in the apartment on the middle floor, but you don’t even notice that they are there. Marina was very helpful in giving advice or providing anything we needed. Close to the center of Stobreč, 15 minutes to Split by Uber.

Es hat den Aufenthalt dort zu 200% Upgraded

Marina, die Hausbesitzerin ist eine sehr nette Dame welche mit ihrer super netten Familie dort wohnt, auch wenn wir sicherlich nicht die einfachste Gruppe da waren (18-21 Jahre) hat sie versucht uns den Urlaub dort so schön wie nur möglich zu machen und das ist ihr in vollen Zügen gelungen, die Lage ist Top! Es gibt viele Aktivitäten wobei euch Marina eventuell behilflich sein kann. Es war super und wir würden gerne wieder kommen! :-)

We had a fantastic stay at this property There was 12 of us we booked all three apartments Plenty of space for us all Two separate apartments on ground floor top floor One apartment with three bedrooms two bathrooms kitchen living room ground floor Apartment one 1 bedroom 1 bathroom kitchen dining room ground floor apartment two 1 bathroom 2 bedroom kitchen dining room apartments very clean and well maintained They have got everything you could possibly need Middle floor is where Marina's family live You never see them unless you need them so you are never overlooked and you have your privacy Marina and family Are The nicest people You could ever wish to meet There is a separate building for entertaining and dining excellent room for a Group to get together There is plenty of restaurants in the village shops local supermarkets Doctors dentists pharmacy Watersports Play parks for the little ones Beautiful beaches It has got everything you could possibly need without going into the city centre It is a very beautiful friendly village You are only £5 taxi ride away from Lidl supermarket £6 to split city centre Taxi service are excellent there is a bus service in the village which is very good I would definitely recommend This property

Great villa, Great hosts, Great holiday!

We have just returned from a fabulous week in Stobrec. We took all three apartments across two families of 10 in total. The space available within the apartments was very good and suited our group perfectly. All three apartments are fully furnished with more equipment than you could ever need within the kitchens. All units have air conditioning within which was a must for our week which regularly touched 35 degrees centigrade. All furnishings were modern, comfortable and in excellent shape. The outside space is even better with a good sized salt water swimming pool being the centre piece. Our walks around Stobrec showed us that this was one of very few villas with its own pool. Ours was perfectly clean and at a perfect (slightly cool temperature). The jacuzzi is part of the pool, so has the same temperature. There was plenty of outside seating for eating together at a large wooden table, which is ideally placed under the shade of the balcony above and six large sun beds, which again were in excellent order. There is an outside barbecue/oven which was available for use. Finally, there was the surprise of a separate bar room which again was fully loaded with facilities. An extra kitchen area in reality, another barbecue/oven is inside as well as fridge / large wooden table / tv / music all on offer. Stobrec itself is a small but developing resort with sufficient bars and restaurants to meet our respective parties needs. The food in all was very good and across the 80 meals we had - there was no complaints at all from anyone. The beaches are clean and well presented with shower facilities spread across them. The nearest beach is 100m away and accessed by steps (@100 steps). There are further access points down to the sea (again by steps) by the nearest cafe bar (200m from villa) and the church (300m from villa) and the larger beach is found at the bottom of the hill (600m from villa). The last of these offering sun loungers with umbrellas for rent, access to a large sea inflatable and other water sports such as paddle boarding and jet skis. The final words must go to our hosts. The whole booking process was excellent. We were the received on site as if we were old friends and were given free reign of the property. Great credit goes to you as you have established a fantastic holiday home. We hope to return soon.

Hyggelig utleier famile

Leide all leilighetene, var 11stk. To leiligheter på bakke plan og en på øverste etasje. Eier bor i 2 etc. Veldig hyggelige og behjelpelige. Fint område, enkelt m Uber til Split osv. Kan trygt anbefale leilighetene.

Vi var nöjda

Vi var 14 personer varav 6 barn upptill 10 år. Barnen älskade poolen. Då den var 1.5 djup fick de möjlighet att lära sig simma ordentligt. Huset består av tre lägenheter med 12 sängar plus bäddsoffa. Använde även ett ” uthus” med diskmaskin, kyl etc. då vi var ett hushåll. Ägarna bodde på andra våningen men det var vi som hade tillgång till trädgård och pool. Tveksamt om man skulle åka dit och enbart hyra en av lägenheterna. 10 minuter backen ner kom man till själva Storbrec med tre mindre livsmedelsaffärer, bageri och några barer och restauranger. Gatan upp ett par hundra meter en jättebra restaurang där hämtade vi även pizzor. På andra sidan gatan och en relativt lång trappa ner kom man ner till stranden. Helt ok att bada där. Taxi typ limonsine 8 personer kostade 150 kuna in till Split. Fixade via värdfamiljen som var billigare än vanlig taxi.

The booking process was smooth. Marina kindly helped arrange a transfer from the airport to the hotel. Duje met us when we arrived and took us in his car to the local supermarket to stock up on supplies. The apartments were fantastic, very clean and modern. Nothing was too much trouble and they were great hosts. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Split.

From day one we felt like we where at home, great hospitality and friendly automosphere. We stayed at Marina´s house with our children and with two other families. Nice beach and bar very close from the house. To get into Split with Taxi (Uber) took around 15 minutes and did cost around 10 EURO.

Fantastic hosts, location and facilities!

From the first moment we booked the whole process with Marina was exceptional. Marina organised transfers to and from the airport leaving the whole process stress free. Once we arrived we were greeted with open arms making us feel comfortable from the start. Could not fault any of the outdoor facilities. Pool and seating areas outside were perfect for our party of 15. Having access to the BBQ area gave us opportunities for evenings in the villa with everybody. Beach was 5 minute walk and walking distance to supermarkets. 15 of us stayed in the apartments and it never felt like we were on top of each other. All apartments are spacious and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this villa for anyone visiting the Split region. Strobec is very beautiful and Split only a 10 minute drive means you get the best of 2 amazing areas. Cannot thank Marina and the family enough for the hospitality. Holiday of a lifetime
