It is a practical and functional 46 m2 apartment ideal for up to four guests, fully equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.



The apartment is located on the second floor of the building and does not have an elevator, so guests will need to climb a short flight of stairs.



The bedroom has a 1.50 m double bed with bed linen provided, storage space, a TV, and a lovely street-facing balcony.



The living room features a comfortable sofa bed for two guests, a TV, and a dining table.



The bathroom is modern and includes a shower, shower gel, and a hairdryer. One bath towel per guest is provided and placed on the bed.



Hot water is supplied by an electric boiler; please use it responsibly.



The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances, kitchenware for 4 people, and a washing machine. A portable drying rack and iron are also available.



The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning throughout.
