Welcome to Rowan at Howard Gardens – one of four stylish apartments in the heart of Cardiff. This spacious 2-bed retreat sleeps four and is perfect for concerts, rugby weekends, working in the city, or relaxing getaways.
Enjoy superfast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, a full kitchen, and a calm interior. With the top city venues, dining, and a Tesco Express just steps away, everything you need is right on your doorstep.
Rowan is set across two floors, offering a bright and welcoming home-from-home for up to four guests. Upstairs, you’ll find two comfortable double bedrooms, while the ground floor features an open-plan kitchen/living area with a large sofa and 42" Smart TV.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an island with bar stools, a dishwasher, and everything you need for dining in. Adjacent is a sleek shower room with toilet, basin, shower enclosure, and luxury Welsh toiletries from The Goodwash Company.
A private enclosed yard off the kitchen provides simple outdoor space or bike storage — perfect for guests exploring the city on foot or wheels.
Paid on-street parking is available nearby, and there’s an EV charging point just a 1-minute walk away.
The bedrooms are accessed by stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
Towels and linens are provided.

Check-out time: 10am
Late check-out may be available on request in advance for an additional fee.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
