The hostel has a shared dining area, equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, fridge, and basic utensils.

Some essentials are provided, such as tea, coffee, sugar, and napkins.

If you wish, you can add our breakfast service (at an additional cost).



COMFORT & PRIVACY:

The room is private and offers a cosy space to rest.

Bathrooms, the dining area, and the living room are shared with other guests.

Please note that, due to the central location in Angra do Heroísmo, there may be some street noise.

Use the curtains to block out sunlight as needed.



PARKING:

There is no private parking, but free public parking is usually available on nearby streets, subject to availability.



TOWELS & BED LINEN:

Our team at Azores Touch prepares the room with care before your arrival, including general cleaning, bed linen and bath towels.

Towels and sheets are typically changed every 3 days. You can arrange the most convenient time for this during check-in.



CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES:

Check-in and check-out are done in person and are flexible.

As we live on a different island, it's very important that you let us know your estimated arrival and departure times in advance.

Please also inform us of any special requests ahead of time.



INTERNET / TV:

Wireless internet access is available. There is a TV in the living room.



COT:

Please let us know in advance if you will need a cot.

We can provide a portable cot for children aged 0 to 4.



NUMBER OF GUESTS:

The booking must accurately reflect the number of people staying in the room.

If more guests arrive than stated in the reservation, an extra charge of €10 per person per night will apply.
