This loft-style studio sits on the fourth and top floor of a traditional Lisbon building. With sloped wooden ceilings and large windows, the space is filled with natural light and offers charming views over the city rooftops, including the towers of the Sé Cathedral.

- Living/Sleeping Area:

The open-plan layout includes a double bed, a dining table for two, and a TV, creating a welcoming and practical setup for short stays. Due to the attic layout, ceiling height varies throughout the studio, and guests should be mindful of the lower ceilings in some areas.

- Kitchenette:

The kitchenette is designed for light meals and everyday convenience, featuring a 2-burner electric stovetop, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and mini fridge.

- Bathroom:

The bathroom has an unconventional layout, typical of historic attic apartments, but it is fully functional. It features a walk-in shower (without a shower tray) and benefits from natural light.

Access to the apartment is via narrow and steep stairs, typical of historic Lisbon buildings. There is no elevator, and the climb to the top floor is part of the experience.

- The stairs are steep and narrow, and ceiling height varies due to the sloped ceilings.
- The apartment does not have air conditioning or a coffee machine; however, an electric kettle is available.
- Parking in the area is very limited and paid, which is typical in central Lisbon.

From here, many of Lisbon’s iconic landmarks are within walking distance, including Alfama, Castelo de São Jorge, Baixa, and the riverfront. The area is well served by public transport, with bus and tram stops right outside the building, including the famous Tram 28, making it easy to explore the city without a car.

This is a lively, authentic neighborhood where you’ll experience Lisbon as it is, with cafés, bakeries, and local restaurants just steps away, and the historic city unfolding right at your doorstep.

The studio is exceptionally well connected by public transport, making it easy to explore Lisbon without a car.

Just outside the building, you’ll find bus and tram stops serving several lines that connect the Sé area to different parts of the city. One of the highlights is the iconic Tram 28, which stops nearby and runs through some of Lisbon’s most famous neighborhoods, including Alfama, Graça, Baixa, Chiado, and Estrela.

Within walking distance, Terreiro do Paço (Blue Line) is around 8 minutes away and offers direct connections across the city. Rossio (Green Line) is also reachable in about 10 minutes on foot, providing additional access to key areas such as Alameda and connections to other metro lines.

Thanks to its central location, many of Lisbon’s main sights are easily reachable on foot, while the variety of public transport options nearby makes getting around simple and convenient.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts at 14:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox. Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
