The Hammersmith River studio- central, cosy and well designed
Enjoy a stay where everything is within easy reach at this well-located home. Minutes walk from the river Thames and epic london views, as well as major shopping like TKmax & primark, and restaurants like the Michelin star River Cafe and traditional river side pubs.
The space is suitable for a variety of stays. Alongside a comfortable bed, there is also a sofa bed, which is available by prior request only.
This private studio is set on a quiet residential street and benefits from both west- and east-facing windows, offering lovely sunset and sunrise views.
The home is situated on the first floor and accessed via a shared corridor and a single flight of stairs. The studio itself is fully private and measures 25 sqm.
It features a new UK double bed with a high-quality mattress, plus a pull-out UK king-size sofa bed that can also be arranged as a single. A travel cot and high chair can be provided for a small additional fee—please request these in advance.
The retro-style kitchenette includes a medium fridge freezer, a compact countertop oven with two hobs, a microwave, and a washer-dryer.
A portable air-conditioning unit is available and operates using ice packs (this is not built-in or US-style air conditioning).
There is also a new Smart TV with apps such as Netflix, ready for you to sign in.

This is a private studio apartment on the first floor of a terraced house, with lockbox access located on the premises for easy self-check in and self-check-out.
After the main street entrance, there are stairs, with about 12 steps to the flat.
The standard room rates are for 2 people occupancy and any additional guest will be charged per night. Maximum occupancy is for 4 guests.
We do allow one service animal, and we use a professional cleaning company post any furry friend visit and that is why there is an additional pet fee so be sure to book them in when you reserve.
There is a £53 set-up fee for the sofa-bed, to cover linen, laundry & set up. Please note, linen is not stored at the property - requests for sofa-bed to be made well in advance. Requests made after the reservation starts requiring a second housekeeping visit will be charged at GBP95.
We have a travel cot and high-chair, subject to availability so please book well in advance.
There is a portable Air conditioning unit, using ice packs from the freezer.
An iron and ironing board are available in the separate laundry room, accessible through the door under the staircase. Additionally, you have your own washer/dryer in the studio for convenience. We kindly ask your personal washer dryer be used only between 9 am and 9 pm, while the laundry room is 24 hour.
Parking: there is plenty of parking on the road. There is paid parking from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. After 5pm daily and all weekend is free. Parking can be paid via the Ringo App.
