The area is known for its peaceful surroundings, modern developments, and high-quality lifestyle, making it an ideal choice for both relaxation and exploration.



Whether you're looking to unwind in a calm and elegant setting or explore the lively coastal towns nearby, this apartment provides the perfect base for your stay.



The Space:

***Please note that the large pool is undergoing renovation from March 15 to June 15. From June 15 onwards, it will be open daily between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM.



As you step inside, you’re welcomed by a bright open-plan living space and an immediate view that draws you out toward the terrace, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the Mediterranean.



To your left, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.



The space flows naturally into a dining area with seating for six, and a cosy living area with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. From here, you have direct access to the spacious south-facing terrace, where you can enjoy sea views and beautiful sunrises. The terrace is furnished with both a lounge area and an outdoor dining space, ideal for meals or unwinding in the fresh air.



The apartment offers two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed and ample wardrobe space, while the second bedroom includes two single beds and direct access to the terrace.



For your comfort, the apartment is fully equipped with central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, and toaster. Guests also have access to a shared gym and a year-round swimming pool.



A private garage space is included with the apartment for added convenience.



The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.

To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!



Guest Access:

Entrance to the urbanization from the street.

Key pickup is available at Málaga Airport at our service desk, providing a convenient option for guests arriving by air. Alternatively, you may collect your keys from our office in Fuengirola Center.

You’ll be just a short distance from the beach, where you can enjoy the Mediterranean coastline, as well as close to the town centre with its vibrant atmosphere and wide range of entertainment options.



Thanks to its central location, the area is well connected by public transport, making it easy to explore nearby towns and attractions along the Costa del Sol.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks.

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.

- We can order you to transfer, ask us about the price.

- Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability, and for a fee, please contact us for the details.
