Chalet Cosmique, Stunning Mont Blanc Views, Sauna and Hot tub

Chalet Cosmique offers an abundance of space inside, boasting large open plan living room with vaulted ceiling, large catering style kitchen with all equipment supplied and a 50m2 games room with pool table, leather sofas and big screen cinema.

Six cozy chalet feel bedrooms provide you with a comfortable stay with orthopaedic mattresses on all beds. Three double rooms and Three twin rooms provide a great nights sleep for up to 12 guests.

The views from Cosmique are stunning with the garden and terrace looking directly up at the Aiguille du midi and Mont blanc , Brevent is also in full view as is the top end of the valley of Le tour. From the living room one can access the terrace which leads to the 6 person spa and 6 person Sauna both of which have views of the breathtaking mountains.

Cosmique's ace up it's sleeve is that it offers more hang out space than most chalets due to the layout. On the ground floor there is a large professional kithchen/dinning area and also the bar/games room is on this level. The middle floor boasts the open plan living room with vaulted ceiling and the access to the outside decking with Sauna, Hot tub, hammocks, exterior dining table, table tennis and plenty of seating under the covered terrace. Tie all this in with the homely atmosphere, facilities and modern renovations, and you will discover a chalet that will provide you with a fantastic comfortable stay.

There is also full use of the garden area which also has anther large table with with seating with views of these awesome mountains.

Location is key when renting a property and Cosmique definitely ticks this box. An array of local shop can be found just across the way including Bakey, supermarket, pharmacy, butchers, local cafe and cash machine, so no need to go into town for supplies.

The local ski bus and train are at the bottom of the road so the whole valley can be accessed direct from the Marie Paradis bus stop (2 min walk) Chamonix sud and Center can be walked in 15/20 minutes.

Absolutely incredible stay! Chalet is a great size for a group, has an industrial kitchen and large outdoor seating, and is perfectly located.We had a group of 11 here and were all comfortable. Being a 1 min walk to the super market and about 1 mile from town worked well for us to stay out of some of the chaos of town while also having access to everything we needed.Can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Fantastic accommodation in beautiful surroundings

This was excellent accommodation, exactly as detailed on the website. We were an extended family of 9 and the decking area and BBQ was a wonderful place to all spend our evenings together. The hot tub, pool table and table tennis kept everyone entertained after busy days experiencing all the activities available in Chamonix. Brilliant holiday.

Great location, space and amenities

All around A+ stay and experience. Short walk to bus and train and also about a 20 walk to town. Plenty of inside and outside spaces to hang out and relax. Super convenient to have bakery, butcher, market and pharmacy literally right across the street. Hope to come back summer and winter and would definitely stay here again.

Great accommodation

Cracking place....highly recommended

Such a stunning place. Close enough to the action of Chamonix but in a quiet part of town. Great facilities near by and the chalet is just wow. We were 11 and while some were cooking after a great day skiing others were relaxing in the hot tub, the sauna or playing pool etc. or just chilled in the numerous bedrooms. Comms with the owner was super easy and anything we needed was catered for. Highly recommend this place

Best Family Vacation Ever!

This Chalet had a perfect location, near grocery store, bakery, and Butcher. It was easy to get into downtown Chamonix, and very easy to go to any of the slopes. Michael, the host was very attentive and responded immediately to any of our needs. The house was perfect for our large family of 11. There are plenty of common areas and a beautiful large kitchen where we cooked family meals and sat around the table for hours. The hot tub and sauna were amazing. The views were spectacular. I highly recommend this chalet. Our stay here will remain a happy family memory for years to come. We’d love to come back.

Great location! Beautiful Chalet! Amazing Host!

We stayed in Michael's chalet during Christmas 2022. The house is absolutely beautiful, and in a great location. Across the street there is everything you need from a supermarket to a patisserie, a pharmacy and a butcher. For a party of 11 people, it was really spacious. Probably one of the best chalet's we've stayed. We had a car to go to town given that we were with some adults over 70, so the walk was too much for them specially with snow. However, walking to town was quick. Finally, Michael (the host) was terrific. Really friendly, helpful with tips on where to go, and accommodating when we were delayed in getting to Chamonix from Geneva at night.

Super fijn verblijf

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit mooie chalet. Het chalet is heel sfeervol en met mooie materialen ingericht. Het verblijf was ook heel schoon en makkelijk te verwarmen. De bedden liggen heerlijk. De pooltafel, sauna en jacuzzi waren een grote hit. Op twee minuten afstand was een klein winkelcentrum wat heel handig was voor de boodschappen. Het enige wat voor ons ontbrak omdat we een peuter bij ons hadden was een kinderstoel ,een traphekje beneden en een ledikantje. Verder was alles uitmuntend. De gastheer was ook heel makkelijk en vriendelijk in de omgang. Wij bevelen dit verblijf van harte aan. Wij komen hier graag terug! g en was ondervtweewarnapotheek

Uitstekend chalet op een prima plek.

Uitstekend verzorgd chalet, prachtig gelegen met uitzicht op de glacier des Bosson. Eigenaar Michael Everett is een prima gastheer. Supermarkt, bakker en slager om de hoek (40 m) is goud waard. De hele familie heeft kunnen genieten. Een aanrader.

Un chalet parfait

Un chalet pour nager dans le bonheur au pied du Mont-blanc. Chalet très spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Je recommande cette location et je remercie Mickael, le propriétaire.

Séjour agréable en famille

Séjour agréable avec un équipement très complet. Propriétaire très sympa et très discret. Cuisine bien équipée. Dommage qu’elle ne se situe pas au même étage que l’espace à vivre. A proximité des commerces et centre ville de Chamonix, ce qui est pratique.

Great place near Chamonix center

Great place, great owners! Everything you could want in terms of space and furnishings. Only two issues: 1. It is a bit far from the center of town and convenient but lines to ski resorts. If your stay here you'll probably want a car. But this is a matter of personal preference. 2. Our bed was a bit soft...perhaps old? Maybe a mattress upgrade is in order.

Totalement recommandable!

Nous, une famille de 10 personnes, un petit enfant et un bébé, avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce très beau Chalet dans un environnement montagnard splendide. Les quelques petits défauts (le manque de propreté de certains endroits a échappé à la vigilance de la femme de ménage... L'eau n'était pas très chaude et la pression un peu basse... Vaisselle un peu limite compte tenu du nombre de convives...) ont été largement compensés par la grande qualité générale des prestations et les petits gestes de bienvenue, tels deux bouteilles de Prosecco bien au froid à notre arrivée. Encore merci! Le propriétaire était malheureusement en déplacement lors de notre venue, mais est resté en contact pour s'assurer que tout se déroulait bien. Nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner et recommandons cet endroit sans hésitation.

Chalet magnifique, propriétaire sympathique

Le chalet est vraiment exceptionnel et bien équipé, la décoration est magnifique. Grande prestation,de la machine à café au sauna...il y a même netflix, un chausse chaussure de ski et j’ en oublis sûrement. L emplacement est pratique, proche des commodité, commerce et du centre ville. Il n est pas au milieu de la nature mais au moins l accès est facile. Michael est vraiment très gentil, bien que sa maison soit juste à côté il n’est pas du tout intrusif. Nous avons organisé une grosse soirée entre amis sans plainte de sa part. Je vous recommande fortement le chalet Encore merci à Michael

DES EFFORTS A FAIRE

J'ai loué le chalet pour venir avec des amis passer une semaine du 10 au 17 août 2019. Globalement le chalet correspond à ce qui est dans l'annonce. A part quelques points que je vais énumérer. LE PLUS PROBLEMATIQUE POUR MOI QUI AI L'HABITUDE DE LOUER DES MAISONS, C'EST QUE LE RESPONSABLE PUISSE RENTRER QUAND IL LE VEUT DANS LE CHALET QUI N'EST FERME QUE PAR UNE SERRURE A CODE. POUR MOI CE N'EST PAS COMPATIBLE AVEC LA NOTION D'INTIMITE. Par ailleurs, nous sommes restés, à dix personnes, deux jours sans eau chaude. Bien que le responsable nous ait très gentiment apporté un gâteau et du vin pour tenter d'amoindrir les conséquences de la panne, je ne suis pas content de cette situation qui était connue avant notre arrivée. En effet, lors du tour réalisé avec le propriétaire, il nous a indiqué la procédure à suivre toutes les quatre heures pour que l'erreur qui apparaissait sur l'écran du chauffage et qui mettait le chauffage hors service, permette le redémarrage de la machine. Il n'y a pas quatre salle de bains mais trois (une par niveau) Il y a en revanche quatre WC. Une amélioration serait la bienvenue: les 3 lits double en 140 sont petits. La cuisine est quasiment de niveau professionnel. Il manque néanmoins des assiettes plates que nous avons remplacées par les assiettes creuses et il est dommage que la hotte aspirante recrache les fumées dans la buanderie ce qui la rend inutile voire contreproductive puisqu'il y a, dans cette pièce, les serviettes et les machines à laver. Le chalet est très bien pour la location malgré ces remarques.
