Set on the first floor of a traditional Alfama building, this 50 m² apartment includes a separate living room, one bedroom, a separate kitchen and a compact bathroom. Tram-inspired décor, yellow accents and warm wood finishes give the space a relaxed and distinctly Lisbon feel.

The living room includes a sofa bed, TV and a dining table for two, creating a practical space to unwind after exploring the city or enjoy meals at home.

The separate kitchen is equipped for everyday stays with a hob, oven, microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, washing machine and coffee machine.

The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and bedside lighting, offering a more private space to rest.

Alfama is made for wandering: narrow cobbled lanes, viewpoints, Fado houses, traditional restaurants and the unmistakable sound of Lisbon’s trams. Tram 28 runs nearby, while the riverfront, Baixa and many of Lisbon’s major sights can be reached on foot.

- The street is strictly pedestrian, so the final part of the journey must be completed on foot.

- The bathroom is small and not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
- Hot water is provided by a storage water heater. After several consecutive showers, the system may need some time to reheat.

- As this is an old building, sound insulation is limited and neighbouring sounds may occasionally be heard.

→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
→ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
→ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
→ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
→ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
→ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
→ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
