→ Building The building is located at the top of a hill, after all, Lisbon is known as the city of seven hills! The apartment is about 80m2 and is on the second floor. The building does not have an elevator, but we guarantee that you will be rewarded with a wonderful view! Ideal for couples or small families looking for some pleasant days in Lisbon! You can easily walk around the Alfama neighborhood or even go to the beautiful and legendary Baixa Chiado.
Due to its age, the building presents some inherent challenges such as poor soundproofing, an outdated plumbing system, and a tendency towards humidity, especially during periods of heavy rain (we advise airing out the spaces frequently during your stay).

→ Bedrooms The apartment has three bedrooms: a suite with double bed (160x200 cm); an interior room with double bed (140x200 cm) and a small window, and a third with a single bed (convertible to 2 single beds with 80x200 cm each).

→ Living / Dining Room The living room has a TV, an inviting sofa, a dining table for 4 and a splendid view of the Tagus River.
→ Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, cooktop, oven and coffee maker (coffee not included).

- Tram The famous Tram 28 can take you through many historic neighborhoods and passes by near the apartment. You can hop on the tram at the bearby stops of Rua da Graça or Largo da Graça, both within walking distance.
- Bus There are several bus stops in the vicinity, offering connections to different parts of the city.
- São Tomé Elevator Located nearby, the São Tomé Elevator (Ascensor da Bica) provides a fun and scenic way to reach the lower parts of the city, including Cais do Sodré. Fom there, you can access other forms of public transportation such as train and metro.
- Santa Apolónia Train and Metro Station Approximately a 15 minutes walk from the apartment, down the hill, Santa Apolónia serves as a major transportation hub in Lisbon. Here, you can cath a regional train, as well as access the metro network (Blue Line) for easy travel around the city.
- Rossio Train Station Another nearby train station (about 30 minutes walking), located in the downtown area. It provides connections to Sintra, a picturesque town just outside Lisbon that is well worth a visit.
If you choose to rent a car, please note that there is not much parking in the area. An alternative is the Jardim do Tabaco Car Park, about a 17-minute walk from the apartment.
→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Please note that the apartment is located in a residential building and take into account its antiquity and poor soundproofing. Due to its age, the building presents some characteristic challenges, such as a certain propensity for humidity, especially during winter and periods of heavy rain. We advise airing out the spaces frequently during your stay to refresh the air and prevent odors resulting from moisture buildup. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. → The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
