The apartment is located on the first floor of a traditional building, without an elevator.

Access involves steep stairs, so it may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility, very young children or heavy luggage.

Rua de São Miguel is pedestrian-only directly outside the building. The nearest road with vehicle access is around a 2-minute walk away, followed by a short walk through Alfama’s narrow streets.

The living area includes a sofa bed, TV and dining table for four.

Tall French doors bring natural light into the apartment and face the traditional street outside.

- Sleeping Area

The apartment has one double bed in an open sleeping area with air conditioning.

Please note that this is not a fully separate enclosed bedroom. The bed is part of the apartment’s open-plan layout and is positioned near the kitchenette and bathroom.

- Kitchenette

The compact kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, cooktop, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster for simple meals during your stay.

The apartment has one bathroom with a shower.

Among all the neighborhoods in Lisbon, Alfama stands out as the most captivating. As the oldest district in the city, its narrow, meandering streets are steeped in history, making it a delight to wander through and providing awe-inspiring vistas from the summit of Lisbon's tallest hill.

Having endured, to some extent, the destruction caused by the 1755 earthquake, Alfama was once the Moorish quarter of the capital. Today, it exudes the charm, spirit, ambiance, and quaint allure that one envisions. Renovated homes in the area are exceptional discoveries, with many offering splendid views of the river.

- Alfama is a central location in Lisbon, and many attractions, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance. You can enjoy exploring the area on foot and discovering the charm of the nearby streets and landmarks.

- Metro:
The nearest metro station is Santa Apolónia, which is a short walk away. From there, you can easily access different parts of the city using the metro or catch a bus or tram to explore further.

- Tram:
One of the nearest tram stops is Tram 28's São Tomé stop, located on Rua de São Tomé. Tram 28 is a popular tram line that takes you through some of Lisbon's most iconic neighborhoods and attractions. From there, you can catch Tram 28 or connect to other tram lines to explore different parts of the city.

- Bus:
The closest bus stop is at Rua dos Remédios, which is within walking distance from the apartment. This bus stop serves several bus lines that can take you to various destinations within the city.

- Car:
Please note that there's no free parking in the area.
The closest parking lot is "Parking Santa Apolónia" located at Largo das Olarias 3, which is approximately a 5-minute walk from the apartment. This parking facility offers paid parking spaces and is conveniently located near the Santa Apolónia train and metro station.

→ Be aware that Alfama is a very lively area of Lisbon and the apartment is in front of a local bar. Due to its existence in front of the property's door, we do not recommend it to people sensitive to noise.
→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in time starts at 14:00. Only one set of keys will be provided.
→ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
→ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys in the lockbox.
→ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
→ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
→ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
→ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
