Our stay was unfortunately disappointing, especially for the price. The backyard area itself was nice, but the concrete was very dirty and clearly needed to be power washed. The hot tub was also not working during our stay, which was one of the amenities we were looking forward to. When we asked about it, the person reaching out to us said she was the manager of the rentals but told us she would have to ask someone else and get back to us. We never received a clear answer or resolution about it during the stay.Inside the house, there was quite a bit of dust and dirt and the floors did not seem very clean when we arrived. The couch in the living room was uncomfortable and appeared dirty, and the bed and pillows were also very uncomfortable.There was also almost no water pressure in the main bedroom and master bathrooms (the bathroom by the garage was better). We also noticed there was no first aid kit available, and when my girlfriend had a cut we had to go to CVS to get supplies. We also could not find a fire extinguisher, which is something that should definitely be present in a rental property.Another awkward moment was at checkout when the cleaner arrived right at 11am while we were still finishing packing the car and stood there waiting.Overall, the property has potential and the backyard area is nice, but several maintenance, cleanliness, and communication issues made the experience disappointing for the price.
