Cottage in old hamlet or leave the most beautiful hikes in the region. Halfway between Colmars and Allos. Facing south, overlooking the Verdon Valley.
Sleeps 8 in 3 bedrooms plus a loft. Kitchen, large living room, fireplace with fireplace. Bathroom with large walk-in shower. 2 separate toilets.
South-facing terrace with beautiful views. Not fenced garden opening onto the Mercantour Park. It is not uncommon to see wildlife (chamois ...) taking breakfast in the garden. Direct access by car via unmade road. The cottage is down the road, so children can play outside without fear of cars.

Un emplacement idéal pour ce chalet de charme

Un très bel endroit, beau chalet, idéalement situé, au grand calme dans un hameau charmant avec une belle vue dégagée. Le chalet est grand et plaisant. Seul bémol, l'extérieur manque d'entretien et n'est pas soigné (une table de jardin en plastique peu esthétique sur un sol bancal, moquette sur la terrasse en bois(?!), réserve de matériaux sous l'escalier, etc). Dommage, avec un peu plus de soin, le chalet serait paradisiaque !

Merci beaucoup pour très joli commentaire Joëlle. Une rénovation de l'extérieur est justement prévue pour l'été prochain, avec une grande terrasse en bois dont une partie sera abritée et un mobilier de jardin plus qualitatif. A bientôt dans la Vallée

Une pépite

Très joli chalet avec une vue sublime et bien équipé. On s’y sent vraiment bien. Les randonnées dans la vallée et même depuis le chalet sont magnifiques en ce mois d’automne. Difficile de repartir et pourtant j’habite à la montagne…

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, le chalet au calme est un vrai cocon pour le repos, bien équipé ; la terrasse couverte plein sud et la vue de la baie vitrée du salon c'est top! Bcp de magnifiques randonnées aux alentours et certaines départ direct du chalet, celle du lac d'Allos nous a permis de voir bouquetins, marmottes, hermine, Amoureux de la nature vous ne serez pas déçus! Vous aurez peut-être comme nous la chance d'apercevoir également des écureuils dans les arbres près du châlet.

Séjour dépaysant qui passe trop vite

Sensation d'être au bout du monde dans un chalet chaleureux et un paysage magnifique. Un grand salon pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis (pour 8, c'est parfait).

Very nice chalet, superb area, friendly and very helpful host

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and very comfortable chalet. Our host Thierry Laurent was very helpful, and always responded immediately on the few questions we had. He was very helpful (e.g. provided a WiFi router on our request). The area is beautiful, ideal for hiking with direct access to a GR path behind the house, e.g. within a couple of hours from Lac d'Allos. We will definitely think about visiting again.

Un superbe chalet aux portes du Mercantour

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse avec nos trois enfants. Le chalet est grand, chaleureux, bien équipé et agréablement décoré. La terrasse offre une belle vue sur la vallée de Colmars, pour l'apéro ou pour le repas. Le hameau est pittoresque et idéalement situé au départ de plusieurs randonnées, dont le fameux lac d'Allos. A recommander à tous les amoureux de nature et de calme

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré la météo un peu mitigée... le chalet est très confortable et bien équipé (nous étions 5, avec nos 3 enfants), parfaitement conforme à la description, propre et bien entretenu. Il est très bien placé pour les randonnées dans la région et les conseils des propriétaires étaient parfaits. Le village est charmant, très calme, la vue est magnifique. L'endroit est à la fois en retrait de l'agitation et des grands axes, et tout près du village de Colmars les Alpes (10 min en voiture) pratique pour les ravitaillements. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Aline, la charmante voisine qui vit au village à l'année. Les enfants ont bien profité des grands espaces alentours. Nous avons pu randonner jusqu'au lac d'Allos (le chemin depuis le chalet est magnifique), au Mont Pelat, aux vasques de la Lance, à l'Autapie... Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la confiance qui nous a été accordée. Nous recommandons cette location sans réserve pour les amoureux de la montagne et de la nature (en tous cas pour l'été, car nous ne l'avons pas pratiquée en hiver)!
