The kitchen is spacious, modern and functional. The living-dining room acts as the heart of the home, offering a comfortable sofa, a games corner and a selection of books and board games designed for adult leisure.



Indoor and outdoor living: The living room connects directly to a private terrace equipped with a table and gas barbecue, the ideal place for al fresco dining on summer evenings. Parking: There is no private parking space, but there is easy parking on the street in front of the complex. There is also free public parking about 100 metres away.
