The Penthouse includes 3 generous and luxurious bedrooms and 2
bathrooms. The main bedroom has an en-suite and a smart TV with access
to DStvNow and Netflix. All 3 bedrooms have built-in cupboards and
air-conditioners to ensure a comfortable stay any time of the year. The
main bedroom has an Extra Length King Size bed, the second bedroom an
Extra Length Queen Size bed and the third bedroom 2 x Extra Length ¾
beds, ensuring luxurious sleeping comfort.
The sizeable master bedroom is pampered with sea-facing views and also
leads out onto the entertainment patio which is comprised of a gas
braai, sun lounge chairs and an outside dining table to enjoy a braai
with your family and friends. Each room in the Penthouse is stylishly
decorated, making each one of them as beautiful as the last. There is
also a washing machine and tumble dryer available for your convenience.
An indoor dining table, which is able to seat up to 6 guests and the
cosy lounge is equipped with a smart TV with access to DSTV, Netflix
and Showmax.

Centre in Big Bay, Bloubergstrand. It is guaranteed that you have the

This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
