This contemporary studio apartment looks out over the forest next to the charming village of San Sicario Alto, near Cesana Torinese. On the first floor of a modern residence, the studio can sleep up to 3 people. It is a convenient base for friends or a small family who want to enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery.

The main living area has a large glass door that opens onto the private balcony. Guests can sit out and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Inside the studio is furnished with 2 sofas, a flat-screen TV, a dining table for 4 and a sleek fitted kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with
an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine and fridge/freezer.

The sofas in the living room convert into a comfortable double bed and a single bed.

Location
Part of the Via Lattea ski network, San Sicario is a charming ski resort that offers slopes to suit all levels of skiers. There are ski and snowboarding schools in the village and a range of cafés and restaurants. The apartment is in the heart of this quiet resort and ideally positioned for easy access to the slopes.

Sestriere (20 minutes), which hosted the 2006 Winter Olympics, has a lot to offer throughout the year. In the winter months, there is cross-country skiing, heli-skiing, ice skating, motor sledging, dog sledging and snowshoeing. There is even an outdoor heated swimming pool which is open in the winter and summer seasons.

Summer visitors can go hiking through the forests and alpine meadows. There are numerous tracks for mountain biking at all levels, as well as tennis, golf and swimming. The area also hosts many festivals and events for all ages, including environmental initiatives and cultural evenings.

Turin airport is a 1-hour and 25-minute drive from the apartment.
