About this property
San Pier Tommaso Living - Bologna
San Pier Tommaso Living is a cosy, bright, and meticulously designed 35-square-meter studio apartment: a true gem created for those seeking comfort, convenience, and a warm atmosphere during their stay in Bologna. Located on the ground floor (accessible by lift), it can accommodate up to 2 people thanks to the comfortable double sofa bed.
The modern and well-organized space includes a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for both short and long stays, a bathroom with a shower, and a convenient 2-in-1 washer-dryer, perfect for those travelling for business or for a weekend in the city.
The location is particularly convenient: just a few minutes’ walk away is one of the main avenues that leads quickly to the historic centre. A pleasant walk or a short bus ride takes you to Piazza Maggiore, the Two Towers, the Quadrilatero, and the city’s main museums.
The area is well-served, with supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and shops in the immediate vicinity. The Central Station is a short distance away and easily accessible, as are the University Campus, the Bologna Fairgrounds, and the city’s main transport routes.
